Arturo Faces Diana & Teddy. Hipolito Is Provoked To Anger After A Sudden Encounter With The Police. Cardo Wakes Up To The Terrible Tragedy.
Diana and Teddy have been tied up and gagged yet again. On the phone, Eljin (Ramirez) asks for the go-ahead to make the general pay for k!lling his buddy. Renato objects to this, declaring that Diana is his alone to deal with. Clarisse remains by Cardo’s side and plans to be there for him once he wakes up and learns of the tragedy that had happened.
Outside, a couple of the guys discuss Virgie’s ridiculous outbursts earlier, with Soriano insinuating that Alyana might have been in a relationship with Lito before. Victor finds it hard to believe until Clarisse comes over to deliver a note to Jerome – it’s a cryptic apology letter Bubbles had left before she had suddenly disappeared.
The guys plan to tell Cardo about the matter once he wakes up and Ramil begins running his mouth again. Delfin, Jerome and some others watch over Cardo and discuss the likelihood of Virgie blaming him for her daughter’s dëâth once he wakes up.
At the Palace, Lily taunts her comatose husband with how her plans are right on track. She vows to deal with any pesky reporter who tries to go against her. Upon arriving at the Palace, Arturo orders James to cancel all his appointments before proceeding to the private room to talk to Lily about their plan to use Diana and Teddy to get to Cardo.
Oscar hears everything but is helpless to do anything. Having received word from James, Edwin remains on standby outside the Palace awaiting Lily and Arturo’s exit. On their way to the warehouse to go and face Diana, Hipolito and Jacob have the misfortune of running into some policemen.
Hipolito has his trigger-happy protege deal with the cops. They’re compelled to return to their hideout after that. In the meantime, James notifies Edwin as soon as Lily and Arturo leave the Palace. Hipolito and Jacob are upset over the incident earlier with the cops. They want Lily to clear their names so they can be free since she’s their protector.
Lily tells Arturo of Renato’s demand to personally deal with Diana. She looks forward to taunting her with the failure of the cause she had chosen to fight for. A moment later, the scheming duo arrive at the warehouse. Upon meeting Hipolito’s absence, Lily calls him on the phone and he lashes out at her for being forced to hide in the shadows.
He demands for her to use her power to clear his name and Lily indulges him and hangs up to go and face her captives. Delfin and a couple of the guys go to check up on Cardo again. Cardo finally regains consciousness and he recalls how he and Alyana had been güñnêd down.
He asks of his wife and when he learns of her fate, he breaks down miserably and weeps like it’s the end of the world. The guys try in vain to console him. In the meantime, Arturo takes great pleasure in tormenting Diana and Teddy to talk and disclose the whereabouts of his daughter. Hipolito is determined to make Lily give him what he wants at all costs.
Back at base, Ramil and a couple of the other guys keep Virgie company as she laments over how to break the news to her husband. Cardo comes out aided by a walking stick with the others in tow. After an intense staring from Virgie, our favorite hero limps over to the coffin to see his wife’s remains and mourn her dëâth while everyone looks on.
