Debbie, Rosemary & Agatha Are Taken In For Questioning. Samuel & His Mother Confront The Bermudezes While Agatha Begins To Extort Money From Them. Erika Finally Sees Her Son Again.
Ligaya told Adele that the police had taken Agatha. Adele was worried that Erika had told the police about her suspicions and Agatha would get arrested. Erika was on her way to Davao to see Emman when she saw a boy in the cab next to hers. She thought it might be Jolo but decided it was only her imagination.
She however confirmed it was him when he turned and she was able to see his face. Erika called out to him and asked her cab driver to follow the car. They went on a chase as she tried calling out to Jolo but the car he was in sped up and they lost it. Erika was adamant on looking for the cab and when they eventually found it, there was no one inside the car.
Tonyo went to Adele’s house to see Erika and Adele asked him what would happen to Agatha.Tonyo said that she was only taken in for questioning and would soon be released. Agatha was relieved to hear it. Tonyo then got a call from Erika telling him that she saw Jolo. He could not understand her clearly so he asked her to come home so that they could talk about it.
Erika told everyone that she saw Jolo in a cab with a woman but no one believed her. Tonyo said he had seen Jolo walk in a room before it exploded while Bruce reminded Erika that she had been mistaken about seeing Jolo before. Carrie, Samuel, Ligaya and Adele all looked at Erika with doubt in their eyes and Erika told them that she was not going crazy.
She said that she would look for her son if none of them wanted to help her. Adele finally said that she would help Erika look for Jolo if she truly believed that he was still alive. Rosemary and Debbie were taken in for questioning by the bureau. They denied allegations of their involvement in Paraiso and their lawyers advised them not to answer any questions.
They were soon released but reporters hounded them when they were leaving the bureau. Agatha was also questioned by Marciano and he asked her why she had stolen the Paraiso ledger from Erika. Agatha was going to deny it but Marciano told her that it was Rosemary who told them about it.
Agatha said she stole it just because it seemed important to Erika and she did not know what it was about. Marciano said she must have stolen it because she was working for the Solomons but Agatha said if she was, she could have given the ledger to them. She was questioned about Rainier and she admitted that they were close and he got her a job but that did not prove anything.
Marciano also asked why she was in Paraiso the day it was raided and Agatha said Carrie texted her. She was eventually released. Samuel’s mother went to see him at the hospital and asked him why he had never told them about the Bermudez scandal. Samuel said he had been taking time to gather evidence since he too believed that Manuel did not k!ll himself.
He told Tessa everything he had found out about Paraiso and Rosemary’s involvement in the syndicate. Samuel and Tessa went to confront Rosemary for her involvement in Paraiso and Samuel pointed out that she had been lying to him. Tessa said she would reopen Manuel’s case to find out what really happened to him.
Rosemary was fed up with their accusations and told both of them to leave. Conrad had a cartographic artist to draw a sketch of the man who planted bømbs in Paraiso and gave it to Greg. Greg was glad that they finally found out what their enemy looked like.Fabian and Greg found out what was happening in the news and they were eager to leave the country.
Fabian asked Greg if he was able to get their money but he had not been able to because Fabian never told him where it was. Greg also told Fabian that they had to get his daughter from the authorities because he would not leave her behind. Rocco was getting impatient because they had yet to find Fabian and get the money.
He was worried that they would escape but Juancho told him that the Solomons would not be able to do it because Fabian had been injured. Rocco said they had to steal the money from the Solomons and only then would they reveal themselves to them.Rosemary and Debbie were talking about the police investigation when Agatha came to see them.
She said that she would keep quiet about everything she knew if they helped silence her so Rosemary gave her a cheque. Agatha said it was only good for a month and she was going to come back for more. Erika waited for Agatha to come back home and when she arrived, she was on the phone with Greg.
She referred to him as ‘Boss’ so when Agatha fell asleep, Erika took her phone and searched through Agatha’s contact. She called the number saved as Boss and waited to hear the person who answered. Greg was asleep so Conrad answered his phone when he saw it was Agatha calling. Erika hang up after Conrad answered after hearing that it was not Greg’s voice.
The following day, Erika and Adele went to look for the owner of the cab driver that Jolo was in. Erika showed him a picture of Jolo and the driver recognized him. Erika asked about the woman who was with him but the driver was not able to describe her clearly. He however told them the place he picked them up and where he dropped them off.
