Lexy’s Marriage With David Begins To Fall Apart As Her Trust & Faith In Her Husband Dwindles. Gio Reconciles With His Friends. David Causes Further Trouble.
David gives pathetic excuses for going to his ex’s house and leaving his neck tie behind. Lexy gets upset and rants for a moment before David ups his game in calming her down. He manages to do so with his manipulative tactics. Later that night as they lie in bed on opposite sides, Lexy reflects on Jill’s cryptic visit when she had delivered the neck tie, as well as the confrontation with David earlier.
The next morning, Jill leaves her son at the hotel to go and deal with an issue with the school principal. Gio decides to leave too; he meets up with his friends and they hang out at a restaurant and do some catching up, thereby reconnecting with each other and rekindling their friendship.
David shows up at the construction site but doesn’t stay to oversee the work to be done. Instead, he makes his younger brother take a photo of him at the site to prove that he had been there. He then gets into his car and drives away to go in search of Gio.
Unfortunately, David spots Mika and Max walking alongside the road and he quickly approaches them and actually thrëâtens and blackmails them to tell him where his son is. It doesn’t take long for David to show up at the hotel and begin making a scene like the creep that he is.
Gio stays in the room and keeps the door locked. He calls his mother on the phone to notify her and Jill contacts the hotel and they send security to drive David out. Gio gets upset with Mika and Max as he realizes that they were the ones who had told his father where he was.
David eventually leaves after making another scene outside the hotel. Lexy has the nasty surprise of finding out that Diane and her friend Justin have been friends for a while. She confronts Diane over Jill’s accusations against her husband, refusing to believe that he could ever betray her like that.
Diane declares that Jill isn’t a liar and that a cheater will always be a cheater. Later, Lexy pays her husband a visit at his office and when she finds a photo of Jill on his phone, she questions him about it and he gives excuses to cover up his actions as always. Lexy remains wary of her husband.
She runs into Claire somewhere in town and Claire excitedly tells her about the house Jill has put up for sale and how elegant it is. A moment later, Lexy goes to Jill’s house to take a look around the place. She snoops around the bedroom where she checks out the clothing, jewelry and other accessories Jill had left behind. Carol comes into the living room to notify the real estate agent of the things to be sorted out.
She heads to the living room and Lexy quickly hides when she notices her approaching the bedroom. However, Carol outsmarts her and catches her as she tries to slip away. She takes pleasure in taunting Lexy with how David and Jill had slept together in the house. Lexy is in denial but Carol has the last laugh.
