Alyana Is Stricken With Guilt. Acting On Lily’s Orders, Mariano Puts On A Spectacular Performance. Lito Contacts Hipolito For Business & Continues To Pursue Alyana; Cardo Is Still Clueless.
Arturo is set to leave for the Palace and he’s taken by surprise when Ellen decides to tag along yet again in spite of their falling out recently. Ellen deceives him as to the reason why. On the phone, Hipolito assures Lily that their business will bring them tons of money soon.
Lily is delighted and plans to visit the drug lab one of these days. Lito reluctantly agrees to see some buyers who aren’t pleased with him because he’s been transacting business with others over them.
He reaches a compromise with them before dismissing them. Without wasting time, Hipolito and Jacob pay a visit to the drug lab and they’re pleased with how far operations have gone. Alyana is getting k!lled by her consciousness because of the disgusting thing she had done.
Bubbles urges her to calm down or else Cardo will get suspicious of her and would never forgive her when he finds out. Lito calls Renato on the phone to offer him a business proposition and they agree to meet up and discuss things further.
Reflecting on her waywardness and the end result, Alyana beats herself up for what she had done. When Cardo comes over and asks if there’s a problem, she lies through her teeth and changes the topic to “how long will we be in hiding?” Unnecessary drama and emotions follow as Cardo takes responsibility for their current situation.
Arturo is upset because there’s not been any solid lead that could help him track down Teddy and Diana. He vows to finish them off together with our favorite hero once he retrieves his daughter. Alyana takes her husband by surprise with her decision to stop working for Lito, supposedly because she wants to stay home and take care of grandpa Delfin.
Cardo is delighted and not the least bit suspicious. Lily brings Mariano to the dining table for dinner and this fraud actually puts on yet another good performance that amazes Elizabeth and the others much to Lily’s delight. In the meantime, Teddy and Diana plan to visit Cardo and the group to tell them about what’s been going on at the Palace.
Nagging Virgie is glad to hear that she would get the chance to see her daughter soon. Anyway, Lito shows up at the house for a visit, supposedly to check up on Delfin. Everyone is appreciative of all his help, especially our favorite hero. Lito capitalizes on this by asking to have a word with Alyana who makes it a point to avert his gaze.
At the Palace, fake Oscar Mariano and Lily sit with the Palace staff to clear the air regarding everything that has been happening. In hushed tones, Alyana tells Lito to forget whatever happened between them last night. She says they should end everything because she’s already married and can’t give him what he wants. Lito tries in vain to convince her otherwise and Alyana actually allows him to hug her.
While Mariano ups his game with his performance to føöl the Palace staff even further, Cardo goes in search of his wife and doesn’t get to see or hear anything suspicious. Lito takes his leave, silently vowing to do everything he can to steal Alyana from Cardo. Speaking of, Cardo is concerned by his wife’s teary eyes and when he asks what’s wrong, she lies yet again.
Meanwhile, Mariano tells Elizabeth and co that Lily will continue to act in his stead while he’s still recovering; all his orders and directives will be channeled through her. Lily watches gladly as the scene unfolds. Lito knows no shame as he plans to use Delfin to get to Alyana. The episode concludes with Alyana and Cardo hugging.
