Jill Takes A Shocking Action Regarding Her Son. David Snaps As The Custody Battle Turns Deadly.
The episode picks up from the last one where Jill was literally dragging her son out of his classroom. Now, she forcefully pushes him into her car and drives off. David comes upon the scene with a few seconds to spare and he tries to go after them. Unfortunately for him, he gets blocked by another car on the road.
Gio tries in vain to get his mother to tell him what’s going on. Jill pulls over somewhere and she goes after Gio when he slips out of the car. When she tells him that his father is trying to take him away from her, Gio throws a fit, saying that he actually has more fun with his dad sometimes because he always has time for him.
Jill laments over the sacrifices she’s made for him. Still, Gio doesn’t care and he declares that she has no right to decide who he wants to live with. Appalled, Jill goes to the trunk of her car and she grabs some scissors from her kit as her son continues to rant like the spoilt brat that he is.
She begins stalking over to him and Gio backs up in horror and ends up falling over the cliff. At least that’s what it seems like. In the meantime, David goes to the Illustre house in desperate search of his son but finds the place deserted completely.
Jill soon arrives home alone and when David asks where their son is, she hands him a strand of his hair, saying that he’s dead – she hadn’t been able to save him from falling. She says Gio is better off dead than to become a monster like him. David blows a fuse. Meanwhile, Diane drops off Gio right outside and David releases a sign of relief when he sees him.
He goes to hug him and Gio gives him attitude and breaks free of his embrace. Lexy confronts Diane for deceiving her and she puts her in her place. Simultaneously, David also confronts Jill for lying to him. An exchange of words ensue and he threatens to make sure that she would never see their son again once he gains sole custody of him.
Jill gives him a piece of her mind and vows to never let that happen and David gets upset and slaps her. Lexy comes upon the scene to stop and restrain him. Gio then shows up and the situation turns into a game of tug of war; David tries to drag him away but he resists even as Jill holds onto him. Lexy tries to talk some sense into her løver boy all to no avail.
After a moment of struggle, Jill manages to kick David out of the house. Later, Mika and Max come over for a visit and Jill agrees to let them go to the cinema to watch a movie, with Diane as their chaperone. David calls Jill on the phone to blabber about how he wouldn’t let her take their son away from him. Jill gives him a piece of his mind. Lexy isn’t happy to see løver boy talking to his estranged wife.
Anyway, Jill talks to Gio on the phone to check up on him and a moment later, David barges into the house to confront her. They end up having a heated argument and David actually strangles Jill and shoves her to the wall, knocking her out cold. Gio is feeling uneasy at the cinema so he bails on his friends and hurries home to discover his beloved father’s handiwork.
As he stares in horror, Carol soon shows up and hurries to Jill’s aid. Gio goes to confront his father while Carol calls for an ambulance. Later, Gio sits by his mother’s bedside in the hospital room in the company of Sandy, waiting for her to regain consciousness. Meanwhile, Lexy visits David in prison and learns of the serious charges against him. She’s told that they are bailable but expensive.
