Lito Cooks Up A Cunning Scheme To Snatch Alyana From Cardo; Alyana’s Fo0lishness Intensifies. Lily Prepares Mariano To Face The Public.
Alyana the wife of the year begins to ignore Cardo and treat him with indifference because of his disapproval for her sudden change in her dressing. Lito takes great pleasure in this and he plans to convince her to leave her husband for good. Delfin suddenly falls sick and he decides to keep it from Cardo so as not to add to his problems.
Mariano continues to flirt with Ellen at the Palace, and when Lily finds out, she confronts him in a fit of rage. Turo the lapdog of Lito decides to cause trouble at the stables where Cardo and his comrades work, deliberately provoking them. In the meantime, Alyana continues her foolishness with Lito who freely and gladly praises her dressing.
Elizabeth has an unfriendly encounter with Ellen.Lito comes up with a calculating plan to use Alyana as an asset to charm his business associates and investors, all the while making more advances at her. Hipolito and Jacob meet up with one of their top investors in the drug lab.
Ellen continues fooling around with Mariano and she comes close to getting caught by her husband. She has the shock of her life to see Mariano and the confined Oscar together. Arturo and Lily are compelled to explain the situation to her. Later, Mariano gets the full brunt of her anger. Turo and his lackeys take sick pleasure in provoking Cardo and his comrades.
The Agilas do not stoop down to their level. Lily gives Mariano a file to memorize, eager to show him to the public to curtail the suspicions of the masses.In the meantime, Hipolito gloats over having the entire country under his control through the use of Lily. Cardo lamely decides to go out of his way to prepare a special dinner in order to make it up to his miserable wife.
