Jill Makes Her Return To Deal With Unfinished Business; She Exposes David & Lexy’s Affair, Shocking The Luceros. Fred Unleashes His Anger.
Gio is having breakfast with David and his grandmother when he receives a text message from Jill asking how he’s doing. He shows it to David who sends Jill a text too, asking where he is but he gets no answer. In the meantime, Jill wraps up her visit to Jose’s to return home. On his way to work, David calls Jose’s phone after failing to reach his wife but he and Amy ignore him all the same because of the unforgivable thing he had done.
Meanwhile, Jill takes a walk along the beach side, reflecting on her string of misfortunes; her husband’s affair, financial situation and suspension from work especially. She decides to return David’s calls to ask him again if he’s having an affair. David shamelessly denies it again and the already disheartened Jill drops her phone and walks into the sea painstakingly.
Jose comes looking for Jill, only to find her cellphone on the floor. He gets worried and begins calling out her name frantically. Fortunately, Jill is washed ashore by the waves and Jose goes to her aid as soon as he spots her. He gets all worked up and asks what she meant to do and Jill tells him that she has chosen to continue fighting.
In no time, she says her goodbyes to Jose and Amy to return home to deal with unfinished business. After talking to David on the phone, Jill goes to the school to pick up Gio and take him home. When David later arrives, he begins fretting. Jill who’s already dressed up urges him to go and get ready because they’re going out for dinner.
A moment later, she takes him by surprise by driving him to the residence of the Luceros. When David asks why she hadn’t told him beforehand, Jill merely says that it was meant as a surprise.Mr. and Mrs. Lucero welcome the Illustre couple and since they’re about to have dinner, they invite them to join them.
David isn’t the least bit pleased and he makes a pretty pathetic attempt to bail. Ironically, Jill grabs a trinket Lexy had bought for her father and deliberately drops it, breaking it in the process. She then plays innocent and gloats with pleasure, even as Lexy shows up to pick up the broken pieces of the sentimental ornament.
Without further ado, everyone takes their seat at the table and Jill and Lexy begin to throw jibes at each other. Jill hints at a secret Lexy is keeping from her parents and after a few exchanges of words, she goes ahead to announce that her husband is cheating on her with a mistress, alarming the Lucero couple.
David and Lexy are equally agitated.Lexy makes a pretty pathetic attempt to shut Jill up. After Jill taunts David a little, Lexy insults her and she retaliates by bluntly exposing her illicit affair with her husband. Fred and Natalia are shocked to the bone.
Lexy hits Jill on the head but she shakes it off and gets up to leave. Fred then pounces on David; he deals with him drastically before throwing him out of his house while Lexy breaks down inside. David approaches Jill and makes a lame promise to fix matters.
He’s appalled when Jill taunts him with how she had also cheated on him. In the meantime, Lexy makes a pretty pathetic attempt to convince her parents to consent to her relationship with David, saying that he’s already planning to leave his wife for her.
Fred will have none of it; he scolds her for being a homewrecker and when Lexy refuses to put an end to her affair, Fred decides to kick her out of his house as well. Lexy goes to confront Jill before eventually leaving with David. Jill looks on helplessly in dismay.
