Jill Is Devastated When She Catches David With His Mistress Again. David Strives To Figure Out His Wife’s Sudden Disappearance.
Jill storms into the office and confronts Grace about her husband’s whereabouts. Grace makes a pretty pathetic attempt to cover up for her boss but Jill won’t be fooled or taken for a ride. She resolves to the use of emotional blackmail to compel the secretary to admit covering up for David.
Eventually, Grace painstakingly reveals that David and Lexy had found a new way to meet each other. She stares out the window and Jill follows her lead and notices Lexy’s red car parked there. Jill hurries out to the spot and she’s appalled to see David and Lexy making out in the car. After observing for a while, she gets into her car and drives away with her son. Upon arriving home, Gio makes several futile attempts to get his mother to tell him what’s wrong.
However, he suspects that it has something to do with his father.Jill has Gio pack up some stuff and she takes him to his grandma’s place for a sleepover. When Mrs. Marina asks when she would be picking him up, Jill evades the question and gives her some essentials for her son.
She then gets into her car and drives off in such a miserable state, all the way to Jose’s place where she receives a warm welcome. Later that night, Gio sneaks out of the house and secretly goes to see Mika to talk to her about his family’s problems. Grace almost catches them together. David and Lexy have another passionate make out session at the latter’s place.
After David leaves to go and get something, he receives a text message from his mother about Jill. Lexy takes his phone and deletes the message before he returns. In the meantime, Jill talks to Jose about how her husband had gotten back with his mistress. Jose laments and urges her to leave David and start a new life with her son.
Speaking of, said son is forced to go into hiding as Grace (Mika’s mother) comes into the room. Grace leaves after ordering her daughter to go to sleep. Mika then sends Gio off the same way he had come – through the window. David arrives home to find the house deserted and his family nowhere to be found.
He talks to Migs on the phone and learns of how Jill had dropped off Gio at the house because she had a supposed emergency. In the meantime, Jill hangs out with aunt Amy (Jose’s companion) outside the house, just as David goes to his mother’s place to go and see his son. He then calls Jill’s number but she doesn’t pick up.
Gio gives the silent treatment when he’s asked what his mother had told him before she left. Jill hangs out with Jose and recounts how she had discovered her husband’s infidelity. Jose counsels her to do whatever she has to do, keeping in mind the fact that David will never change.
He then urges her not to keep her emotions bottled up. Jose begins crying out lamentations of David’s treachery, amusing Jill in the process. He then consoles her as she breaks down. A moment later, aunt Amy finds them asleep outside and she wakes up Jill and urges her to go inside.
She gives Jill moral support and encourages her that she would recover from the pain she’s going through, at least for her son’s sake. On the phone, David asks Sandy of his wife’s whereabouts but all to no avail. Meanwhile, aunt Amy charges Jill to fight for her son no matter how painful or difficult it may be.
