Enzo Makes It His Mission To Destroy Jill’s Reputation. Gio Becomes Collateral Damage. Jill Strives To Salvage The Situation. David Confronts Lexy.
Jill lashes out at David for the financial problems he had caused for their family and even going to the extent of using up all of their son’s college funds. David merely apologizes and promises to fix things but Jill walks out on him all the same.
Later at home during dinner, she treats him with indifference. The estranged couple take Mrs. Marina to therapy. At the hospital, Jill is confronted with a detailed complaint that Enzo had filed against her and she’s suspended even though nothing has been proved yet.
Sandy doesn’t help matters, even as Jill packs up her stuff to leave. Lexy spots David parked somewhere in town and she strives to avoid him. A former patient of Dr. Jill causes a scene at the hospital as he defends Jill against all the false accusations levelled against her. In front of everyone, he threatens to go elsewhere if Jill isn’t brought back.
Jill reaches out to Diane for assistance to settle things with Enzo. Suddenly, the scumbag in question shows up out of nowhere and when Jill offers him a hundred thousand to drop the charges, he turns her down. Enzo declares that he’s not for sale and wants to destroy her completely.
As Jill storms off, Diane goes after her to apologize and Jill makes a futile attempt to convince her to cut ties with Enzo for her own good. Upon arriving home, she wallows in her misery and David strives to appease her. After talking to Mr. Lucero on the phone, David begins preparation for the company’s groundbreaking event.
While Enzo confronts Diane over how a miserable accomplice of his had redrawn his complaint against Jill, David goes to inform Jill of the good news in regards to the funds he would be receiving soon. David and Jill go to the bank to pay off a portion of their loan and they’re reminded not to miss their monthly payments.
Jill then goes to the hospital to pick up her son, only to find him being scolded by a mother blabbering about how he had supposedly bullied her daughter. Jill gives the obnoxious woman a piece of her mind after she rants some more. Once home, she reprimands Gio and he laments over how he had just been trying to defend her from the rumors going on against her. He then storms off.
In the meantime, Diane goes to see Sandy at the hospital and she tries in vain to talk her into testifying on Jill’s behalf against her miserable boyfriend. Jill reconciles with her son and promises that she and her father are fixing their problems. They come to an agreement to have dinner in the evening. Later, David goes to confront Lexy over their baby and relationship.
Jill and Gio hang out at a restaurant and while they’re waiting for David to show up, Natalia makes an appearance right there and then, and she converses with them. Jill invites her to join them at their table but she turns her down, saying that she’s meeting with her daughter.
In the meantime, Lexy decides to meet up with David to discuss things once and for all. When David lashes out at her for k!lling their baby, she taunts him and takes pleasure in doing so. An exchange of unfriendly words ensues, and eventually, Lexy declares that they’re done before leaving.
Interestingly, Natalia, Jill and Gio simultaneously leave the restaurant after both David and Lexy fail to show up. At home, Jill recalls how Diane had told her that Lexy and David’s affair was over. Also, she recalls her encounter with Natalia earlier. After failing to reach David on the phone, Jill calls Diane to ask for her help.
