Enzo Causes Trouble For Jill & Manipulates Diane. Lexy Plans To Move On. David Impresses Mr. Lucero. Jill Is Appalled To Discover The State Of Her Family’s Finances.
The episode begins with Jill staring at her phone as the countdown of the timer runs down. Once it reaches zero, Charlie suddenly shows up out of nowhere to greet his wife and give a bogus story to cover up how he had found her there. Jill excuses herself, claiming that there’s a patient at the hospital she needs to go and see.
In the meantime, Enzo makes a pathetic attempt to get Diane to forgive him and take him back but Diane evades him. Later, she hangs out with Lexy who makes her believe that she’s done with her illicit affair and she had even pushed through with the abortion.
Jill soon calls Diane on the phone and she goes to see her to inform her of the recent developments. Diane says Jill no longer has to worry because Lexy is done with her relationship with her husband. She also states that she has to move out of her apartment unit because Enzo had found her there.
Lexy excitedly talks to her parents about her plan for a business expansion in the health and wellness service. In the meantime,
Jill secretly goes through her husband’s phone and is somewhat relieved when she doesn’t see any recent calls or texts between him and his mistress. David seems affected to see a live video of Lexy talking about her new business venture.
Lexy hangs out with Justin and reaffirms being done with David for good. To prove her point, she even deletes his number from her phone but that doesn’t really prove anything. Anyway, Sandy has a talk with Jill about the situation on ground. Jill is confident that Lexy will no longer be a threat to her marriage.
Suddenly, some policemen show up at her office to invite her to the station for questioning because someone had filed a complaint against her. David strives to convince the landlord of a property to sell to him so he could use the place for his project with the Luceros. Supposedly, he would build an eco-friendly residential resort.
At the police station, Enzo accuses Jill of breaking into his house and threatening him with a broken bottle. In no time, Jill meets Diane to urge her to file a case against Enzo in order to invalidate all the complaints he filed against her. Mr. Lucero is impressed with David for being able to convince the land owner to sell the property to him.
Diane moves out of the apartment unit and later hangs out with Lexy. Enzo shows up out of nowhere and he harasses her and manages to manipulate her into getting back together. A disgusting ki$$ seals the deal. Later, Diane meets Jill to tell her that she can’t help her in filing a case against Enzo.
Jill understands but cautions her on her relationship with the scumbag. During dinner at home with her family, Jill receives a text message from Enzo. She goes to meet the scumbag who asks for a settlement if she wants him to drop the charges against her. Jill soon discusses the matter with attorney Dante as she looks for a way to salvage the situation.
Later, she runs into Lexy at the supermarket and they engage each other in a subtle conversation about what’s been going on in their lives. That night, David skips dinner with his family, claiming that he has to do overtime at the office again. After serving Gio, Marina and Migs, Jill leaves the house for the office in order to verify her husband’s claim. She overhears an argument between David and Charlie.
The next day, Jill meets Charlie and makes him fess up about what’s going on. She’s alarmed over the worsening of their financial state. In no time, Jill goes to confront David about their financial problem and he merely apologizes for not telling her. She’s appalled to find out that they have just two weeks to fix everything or else they would even lose their house.
