Erika Officially Becomes A Member Of Carrie’s Family. Tension Spiked Over The Paraiso Incident. Agatha Pulls A Fast One On Adele.
Erika arrived home from the police station and Tonyo and Bruce came with her and she asked Tonyo to stay longer for some snacks. Erika told them that she was happy to have found her family and Tonyo said it was good that she was getting along with them. As Tonyo was leaving, Erika went to see him out. Samuel arrived then and approached Erika thinking she was Carrie.
Tonyo stood between them and reminded Samuel that Erika was not Carrie. Samuel apologized to them, thinking that Tonyo was Erika’s boyfriend but they both denied it. Erika told Samuel to go see Carrie inside the house. Norman asked Debbie about the business she and Rosemary had to attend to. Debbie said that the child survived but the mother died.
Norman asked her where the operation was since they did not do it at the hospital. Debbie told Norman not to meddle in her mother’s business but Norman said he would not tolerate it if they were doing something wrong.After Tonyo left, Erika went back to the house and Carrie asked that she join them.
Erika did not want to intrude on them so she said that she would go to her room. Debbie and Norman asked her to stay because they had something for both of them. Debbie said that they had not yet given them their birthday gifts and she handed Erika an envelope. When she opened it, she was happy to see a birth certificate with the name Erika Almeda Bermudez.
She never had one because she was an abandoned child and she was overjoyed. They also brought out numerous cakes, each with a candle and Debbie said they represented all the birthdays they missed. Erika happily blew them out and Samuel watched her reaction with a fond look in his eyes.
Later, Debbie talked to Rosemary about the issue at Paraiso since she suspected that Fabian k!lled the surrogate mother. She was worried that they were k!lling people at Paraiso and she asked Rosemary that she talk to Fabian because she did not like getting involved in such a business.
Adele got Dante’s number from Pam, Agatha’s friend and she called him to ask where Agatha was. They had just arrived in Manila and Agatha told Dante not to tell her mother that they were together. Dante told Adele that Agatha only hitched a ride with him to Manila and he did not know where she was.
The following day, Adele and Ligaya decided to go to Manila to look for Agatha. They ran into Pam and she offered to go with them. When they arrived, Pam said that she had to bring some supplies to her aunt’s client. She planned on telling Agatha that Adele was there to look for her but Adele asked that she accompany them because she was more familiar with the city.
Pam said she had to buy phone credits and went to call Agatha instead. Fabian had to tell Rosemary and their other partners at Paraiso that their ledger got stolen. He assured them that they would look for the girl who stole it because it would not be good if word got out.
Greg pressured his men to find Erika and Rainier assured him that he would not disappoint him. Norman and Debbie formally introduced Erika to their staff at the hospital as their long lost daughter. The staff asked if she too would become a doctor but Erika said she did not know anything about it.
Carrie cut in and said that her father would find something for Erika to do at the hospital. Norman brought Erika to Andrea’s department and asked that she teach Erika everything.He said that his two daughters would eventually inherit the hospital and Andrea was not happy about it.
Adele went to Dante’s place but was not able to find Agatha. She had time to hide her things when Pam called and Dante said that he had not seen her. They decided to leave but Agatha called Pam later and Adele asked that she put the phone on loudspeaker so that they could listen.
Agatha said that she got robbed and all her money was stolen so she was headed back to Baguio. She told Pam that they would meet once she arrived.After the call, Agatha was sure Adele would fall for it and go back to Baguio.
