After a couple of meetings with attorney Dante regarding the annulment, Jill makes a surprising decision following the hospitalization of Mrs. Marina (David’s mother).
She resolves to let go and move on, inclined to believe that the other woman is out of their lives for good. Marina is brought home to care for after being discharged from the hospital. David pursues a plot of land for his project. Meanwhile, Jill’s world is rocked with a shocking scandal.

However, Enzo manages to manipulate Diane against helping out Jill. Amidst all the troubles, Lexy returns to Baguio seemingly over the affair and looking to move on with her life. Her attempt to salvage the situation fails miserably as Enzo refuses to settle and only wants to ruin her completely. Gio begins to act out in school on account of the scandal involving his mother. Ultimately, Jill runs into Natalia and talks her into having dinner with their families. Upon learning of how David is constantly in Lexy’s company, Jill rushes to his office with purpose.
