Agatha Continues To Give Adele Trouble. Debbie Gets Worried Over Carrie’s Strange Questions. Carrie Bonds With Erika After Confirming That They’re Blood Sisters.
Agatha arrived home where Adele was waiting to talk to her and share the news that she would not be returning to Dubai. Agatha said she did not care and was working on going to Manila so that she could get away from her. Carrie stayed up all night at the hospital waiting for the DNA results.
She got them in the morning and the result stated that it was a 100% match. Carrie was now convinced that she and Erika were twin sisters. When she got home, she saw the letter that Erika left behind. Erika also left her phone there and Carrie used it to call Tonyo. Erika was having breakfast with Jolo, Bruce and Tonyo when the phone rang.
When Tonyo checked, it was Erika’s number calling so he handed the phone over to her. It was Carrie and she asked to meet Erika. When they met up, she told her that they were twins. Erika was glad to meet her family because she thought that she was alone. They however wondered whether Norman and Debbie were their parents. They had seen Debbie’s ultra sound picture and it showed that she was pregnant with one child.
When Carrie went to work, she performed an operation and delivered twins. Debbie went to congratulate her but Carrie was not responsive. Debbie asked if there was anything wrong and Carrie asked her if she was adopted. Debbie assured her that she was her daughter. Carrie insisted on learning the truth because she was sure Debbie was hiding something.
Debbie therefore told her that she was born from a surrogate. Carrie asked if she could meet the surrogate and Debbie said she did not have any news about her since she disappeared after getting paid.Debbie was worried about the questions Carrie was asking and she talked to Rosemary about it.
Rosemary said that she could swear Carrie was a different person, just that her face did not change. Debbie laughed it off and said that Carrie must have changed since she had been away from them for 5 years. Carrie continued to meet with Erika secretly. She told her what Debbie said about their surrogate mother and they decided to look for her.
However, they did not know how since they did not have any information about her. They also told each other about their lives. Carrie was saddened to hear that Erika had a hard time growing up since she was mistreated by the people who took her in.
It was their birthday in a few days and Erika was delighted to learn about it because she did not know her real birthday.
Carrie also told her that she was not happy with her parents because Debbie was a control freak and always wanted Carrie to do what she said. Erika asked Carrie about Samuel and she said that she never had feelings for him but agreed to be his girlfriend because of Debbie. Meanwhile, Agatha continued to cause trouble for Adele. In the morning, Adele prepared a special breakfast and went to wake her up in her room.
She found Agatha with a man in her bed and was shocked at how she was behaving. Agatha told Adele that she was old enough to know what she was doing. Adele slapped her and asked her not to disrespect her in her own house. Agatha told her not to talk about all the sacrifices she had made because that was always her defense.
She went on to tell Adele about the hard time she had growing up, how she had to beg for affection from others because her mother was not there to take care of her. Adele tried to apologize but Agatha locked herself in her room. She later took up a con job with her friend Dennis because she was still keen on leaving for Manila. Tonyo went to pick up Erika and got to see her together with Carrie.
Erika introduced him as her best friend and Carrie remembered him from the time she ran into him at the mall. Tonyo greeted her but Carrie walked out. On the eve of their birthday, Erika brought a cake to celebrate with Carrie. She wanted to share her birthday tradition where she bought her own cake and ate it.
