David Celebrates His Birthday With His Family & Løved Ones, All The While Fooling Around With His Mistress. Jill Confirms Her Husband’s Infidelity & Discovers The Shocking Betrayal Of Her Friends.
David is taken by Charlie to a supposed business meeting location which turns out to be where his surprise birthday party is being thrown. After he expresses his appreciation to his wife, she dismisses him to go and greet his guests.
Jill then takes advantage to go and search his car as the Lucero couple arrive with their daughter in tow to greet the birthday boy. Eventually, Jill finally finds the small blue bag in the trunk, and inside is a second phone of her husband’s. She’s heartbroken to see it’s contents – several photos of David’s promiscuity.
It turns out that he’s indeed been having an affair with the only daughter of the Luceros, Alexis (Lexy) and what’s even worse is the fact that Jill’s friends have been helping him keep the dirty secret. Ironically, David subtly holds hands with Lexy as he converses with some of his guests.
Upon noticing this from afar, Jill takes offense and grabs a makeshift wëâpon. David is chopping up some meat for the guests when his wife begins stalking over, ignoring Sandy and Carol when they call out to her. David accidentally cuts himself when he notices the pointed look given to him by his from from among the crowd.
Being a doctor, Jill treats David’s wounded ring finger, grudgingly taking off his wedding ring despite her mother-in-law’s caution. Lexy ends up picking up the ring and we have a moment of horror when Jill storms over with her makeshift wëâpon and raises it to stab Lexy.
However, it’s merely an illusion as Jill just stands before Lexy to take back her husband’s ring. Later, David takes the mic to give an appreciation speech to everyone for celebrating him on his special day.He then gives another dramatic speech in honor of his wife, vowing to løve only her until the day he dies.
Everyone cheers and urges Jill to respond. Jill proceeds to grant their wish and eventually shares a ki$$ with her husband, upsetting Lexy. A moment later after a short dance, Jill decides to leave the party early with the excuse that she has a headache.
David takes advantage to get closer to Lexy again. As they’re fooling around subtly, Jill secretly observes in disbelief and only leaves with her son after having seen enough. Upon arriving home with Gio later that night, Jill sends him to his room and angrily goes to pack up her stuff after dumping the wedding ring on the table.
She breaks down eventually. Somewhere near the party, David makes out with Lexy so passionately and he assures her that he would fulfill his promise to leave his wife for her when the time is right.
In the meantime, Jill goes to check up on her son in his room. While the birthday party drags on, Sandy leaves to go and see Jill at home since she had been worried over how she had left the party early. Jill reveals that she had found her husband’s second phone and a text message where she had warned him that she was following him.
Jill confronts Sandy over the matter, lamenting over how she and everyone else had betrayed her.Sandy pathetically recounts how she had found out about David’s other woman, lamely stating that a three months affair is nothing compared to their fourteen years of marriage.
Sandy urges her to hear out her husband first before she reacts. However, Jill refuses to be taken for a føöl and she vows to end everything on her terms. Later, David arrives home as drunk as a miserable skunk and Jill is left to deal with him.
