Kristine Pulls A Stunt To Save Joyce From Being Caught. Joyce Gets Rid Of Hannah. Ronaldo Returns Home To Alejandra In Spite Of Learning Of Her Wicked Deeds.
Noel and Gani managed to hide the witness so that Hannah would not find him. They then went to Kristine’s house and as they waited on her to open the door, Noel thanked Gani for his help. He also told Gani that he could tell he was in løve with Kristine because of the way he behaved around her.
Gani told Noel that he would not let his feelings be known and Kristine opened the door before there was any more discussion.Gani declined a pasta invite from Kristine, saying that he had to go see a client. Shakira went to see Joyce and accompanied her and the rest to the church.
Alejandra was planning on talking to the priest in order to save face for her campaign. Alejandra said that Ronaldo would meet them at the church, and Joyce almost refused to go after hearing that but everyone begged her to go so that they could portray the picture of a united family.
Ronaldo arrived early and ran into Kristine who had been at the church with Lourdes and Noel. Alejandra then arrived with the rest of the party and the altercation began. Lawrence went to reproach Noel even after Joyce asked him to leave Noel alone.
Lawrence had to go and tell Noel to leave his wife alone. Ronaldo asked Lawrence to calm down and pushed him behind.Alejandra and Kristine then continued their attack of words and even Joyce played along by telling Kristine not to talk ill of her mother-in-law.
Hannah arrived and made everything take a detour when she announced that it was Shakira and Joyce who had changed the flash discs during Alejandra’s event. Hannah had been unable to find the witness and had therefore looked for the guy in the control room, and the guy had told her that Shakira had sat on his lap, distracting him.
Everyone held their breath and Shakira immediately panicked, realizing that their game had been found out. Alejandra said that she wanted to hear Joyce’s side of the story and Shakira started babbling, saying that they had been found out. Kristine who was watching everything unfold saw that Joyce would be exposed so she decided to take the büllet.
She said that it was not Joyce and Shakira who had switched the discs because it had been her. She explained that she had only reverted the damage Alejandra had done by paying the man double what Alejandra had paid him to accuse her of stealing the evidence for Joyce’s case, adding that the money she had spent was worth it.
Shakira was so nervous, he ran off and Joyce followed him. She managed to calm him down and gave him his medicine as well.Alejandra tried to attack Kristine but Ronaldo stopped her. Kristine asked her to go ahead because she had nothing to lose, and hurting her would only paint her as the bad person.
Lourdes also threatened Alejandra by telling her that if she hurt Kristine, she would tell all about what she had done to them years ago. After the altercation, she left with Noel and Kristine. Hannah had been left confused about what had happened. She tried to insist with her story but everyone told her to stop because Kristine had already confessed. Lawrence also asked Hannah to leave Joyce alone.
Madam Salve had to ask Lawrence to make the man from the control room leave lest he hear something he should not. Alejandra was left crying foul with Ronaldo, spreading malice against Kristine but Ronaldo continued to defend Kristine. Joyce returned with Shakira, who apologized for flirting with the man at the control room.
When Kristine and Lourdes got home, Lourdes scolded her for taking the büllet for Joyce. She told her that it was not true she had nothing to lose – she might end up losing her life. Alejandra did not even see the priest but ended up going back home to calm down. Hannah tried to speak with her but she refused to, saying that they had nothing to discuss. Joyce called up Kristine and thanked her for helping her out.
She also asked her to be careful since Alejandra was still upset because of what she had done. When she hang up, she saw Hannah hovering behind her, although she did not seem to hear what Joyce was saying. Hannah went back into the house and Joyce followed her. She provoked Hannah and told her to understand that Lawrence would never løve her because he was her husband.
Hannah got mad and slapped Joyce. She jumped back and cried in pain which made Lawrence, Alejandra and Salve come into the room. Joyce ran to Lawrence crying, saying that she had only wanted to talk to Hannah to make her understand that she was not trying to sabotage the campaign but Hannah had attacked her.
Hannah watched Joyce in surprise as she exaggerated the story and Alejandra ended up firing her after she admitted to hitting Joyce. Before Hannah left, Alejandra talked to her and asked her to lay low for things to cool down, adding that she appreciated Hannah’s loyalty and hoped she understood why she had to take Joyce’s side.
Alejandra however still believed that Joyce was not capable of scheming, which is what she told Salve.Ronaldo talked to Mike and told him that he now had to return to Alejandra’s house because it was the only way he could save Kristine from Alejandra’s wrath. Ronaldo went to see Kristine to tell her about his plans. He texted her to go outside so that he would not upset Lourdes.
After listening to Ronaldo, Kristine was desperate for him not to go back to Alejandra so she told him that it was Alejandra who had hit Joyce and set Kristine up. Ronaldo asked her how she knew this and Kristine told him about Rigor’s flash drive, which had been corrupted. Ronaldo then asked if Joyce knew about it but before Kristine could answer, Ronaldo cut her short and told her not to tell anyone so that he could decide what to do.
He then got into his car and left even after Kristine cried and begged him not to go back to Alejandra. Kristine went back into the house where she continued to cry in Lourdes arms as she told her that Ronaldo had gone back to Alejandra. Ronaldo arrived with his stuff at Alejandra’s house.
