All Hell Breaks Loose As Arturo & His Minions Interfere With Task Force Agila’s Escape. Lily Basks In Her Power. Cardo & His Allies Flee Into Hiding. Hipolito Harbors A Personal Agenda.
The episode begins with Cardo arriving at the location with Alyana, Bubbles and Clarisse. After Cardo leaves to go and survey the area, Clarisse begins ranting and ends up in an argument with Bubbles. Helen arrives at the Palace, agitated over her daughter’s safety and Arturo tries to calm her down, promising to retrieve their daughter and get rid of our favorite hero in the process.
Helen still seems worried so Lily tries to give her reassurance. Back at the rendezvous place, Alyana manages to stop Bubbles and Clarisse from going at each other’s throat a moment before Cardo rejoins them in the car. Elizabeth tries to go into the president’s room to check up on him and Ambo and Loring caution her against that. They note that she would be sorry if the First Lady catches her.
Speaking of, Lily the jezebel is in the office of the president, basking in the power she has and her plan to become president in the next election.Task Force Agila regroup with Cardo at the location with Delfin, and they wait for Jerome and the others to arrive with a new getaway vehicle. Arturo reaches out to a contact of his for assistance in tracking them down.
It doesn’t take long for him to get a lead thanks to the countless CCTVs in the system. On phone, Hipolito cautions Lily and urges her not to underestimate our favorite hero since he would come back stronger for revenge if they’re not able to get rid of him. Lily trivializes the matter. Arturo rounds up Raymundo and his men for vengeance.
Jerome shows up with the getaway vehicle at the location, a moment before Arturo gets there with his minions and sends them in to do the dirty work. Team Cardo is surrounded by Raymundo and his lackeys as they try to make their escape. Arturo saunters in to taunt them and warn them to surrender.
Following the intense standoff, all hell breaks loose as a güñ battle ensues. The Agilas take out a couple of the goons, and a number of them get wounded. When Clarisse runs out of the car and tries to go to her dad, Cardo takes her hostage and uses her as leverage to escape with his allies.
An enraged Arturo employs his resources to have them tracked down again and apprehended. With the entire police force on the lookout, and with dozens of police checkpoints around town, the Agilas decide to switch cars so as not to draw unwanted attention.
Speaking of, Cardo lamely drags the ranting, unwilling Clarisse along and they all manage to evade the cops successfully. News of the shootout comes on TV and Hipolito and Jacob aren’t pleased to learn that Arturo had failed yet again. Lily feels the same but charges Juan to focus on the business and leave it to her men.
Arturo returns to the Palace empty-handed and his wife gets all worked up as she worries for Clarisse’s safety. Arturo vows to stop at nothing to get their daughter back and k!ll off Cardo and all his allies. Cardo and his allies arrive at the old Arevalo house in Batangas where Alyana reunites with her uncle and auntie.
After they’re ushered in, Alyana and Cardo make known their reason for coming. The guys then explain the difficult situation they’re in and the auntie agrees to let them stay at the place. While she goes to prepare something for them, the wounded members of Task Force Agila are treated.
Arturo and Clarisse simultaneously whine about their situation; the former, to the First Lady and the latter, to a couple of the Agilas. Lily and Arturo discuss about how Cardo has been ruining their plans. The Agilas deliberate on their situation and Cardo assures Delfin that Grandma Flora and the others are safe elsewhere.
Lily and Arturo talk to Hipolito on phone in regards to their next line of action. The Vulture proposes for them to mobilize their men all around and use the power of the law to apprehend The Eagle since he’s a wanted fugitive. Also, they would reach out to the crime lords in the country for assistance. Lily is delighted with the plan.
Meanwhile, Major Opeña suggests for the group to contact General Dela Cruz and ask him for help, but Cardo objects to it, saying that they have no idea who their enemies are. Anyway, Arturo reminds Hipolito that saving his daughter is the main priority. After the phone call, Renato gloats over his scheme to lead Lily on, declaring that once they capture Cardo, he would be the one to finish him off.
