Cardo proceeds with his ridiculous plan of going to see the dumb president to explain things to him. However, he receives a rude awakening and gets kicked out of the Palace. On his way out, he encounters Arturo who doesn’t pass up the chance to make mockery of him.
Our favorite hero vows to deal with the rotten judge foremost if it’s proven that he’s involved in the misfortune of his beloved grandpa. Lily begins to poison the president’s mind against James in order to get him kicked out of the Palace as well. After requesting for suspension, Cardo runs into some outlaws back home and he decides to teach them a lesson in respect.
Captain Alyana decides to confront Clarice to heed to the summons but gets hindered by Arturo. Nevertheless, Alyana refuses to back down from the Paduas. In no time, the miserable judge is sworn into office, spelling the downfall of the president and the nation.
Since Cardo can no longer rely on the law to defend his family, he decides to take matters into his own hands to get justice for his grandpa. Lily plots to use the president as a wëäpon against all of her enemies. Out on a mission for vengeance, Cardo storms the bank to confront the manager and dish out a stern warning of what’s to come.
He then reaches out to Diana for a lead to expose her. Diana soon meets up with Teddy for an alliance to prove Delfin’s innocence and expose the first lady. Lily begins to get weary of her conspiracy against Delfin backfiring and Arturo gladly takes it upon himself to bury the evidence.
Cardo commences his unofficial investigation into the bank manager and her accomplice and he soon takes drastic action. Arturo connives with Lily to get Cardo removed from service. Teddy identifies Hipolito as a co-conspirator of Delfin’s frame-up, taking Cardo by surprise.
Grandma Flora confronts Lily at the Palace and ends up in an unfortunate accident. After confronting the bank manager again, an enraged Cardo storms the Palace to face the first lady and when the dumb president comes to her defense, Cardo gives him a piece of his mind.
