Olivia Hinders Peterson’s Desperate Search For Rita. Tupe Delivers Rita’s Baby; Rita Acknowledges His Paternity & Promises To Make Amends.
Peterson was desperate to find Rita and he cried to his friend that he could not live without her. It had been more than a month since he saw her and he knew that her due date was approaching. He met with the investigator he had hired to search for her and he said that he had no news.
Peterson pressured him to find Rita and hoped to find get some news after he returned from his business trip. Olivia did not want Peterson to find Rita so she paid the investigator not to look for her. Rita felt at peace and was happy in Cavite with her friends. She went into labor early so Raymond and Meggie did not have time to bring her to the hospital.
They called Tupe and he delivered the baby at home. Rita named him “Andrew”, because it meant that he was strong. Everyone seemed to notice that he did not resemble Peterson. When Raymond and Meggie had to go to Manila, Tupe volunteered to stay with Rita and help her take care of the baby.
Rita heard him speaking to Andrew and he said that he will always løve him, even if they are not together. Meanwhile, Kiko watched over Hannah from afar because he was afraid to approach her. He told his father that he did not want to leave her alone since Tupe was not around.
Rita’s mother and brother went to visit her in Cavite. Rita told them that Peterson was not the baby’s father because he was impotent. She told them that she had undergone an IVF treatment and the sperm donor was Tupe! Meggie and Raymond knew about the treatment but they were shocked to find out that Tupe was the father.
Later, Rita spoke to Tupe and acknowledged him as Andrew’s father. She said that she was sorry for keeping Margaret from him before. She then promised that she would make it up to him by letting him be part of Andrew’s life.Read Next Episode on When Love Burns Episode 31
