Tupe Is Gifted Land To Build His Hospital. Paulina Leaves For The US. Hannah Makes A Last-ditch Attempt To Salvage Her Relationship With Kiko. Raymond Surprises Rita & Tupe.
Tupe decided to turn down the lucrative job abroad so he would focus on building his hospital in his home country. Since he had no land yet, he worked with Simon to find one where he could build his hospital. As fate will have it, Tupe soon got a phone call from a patient he had treated before at a restaurant.
He was an old man who was grateful to Tupe for saving his life. When they met, the old man gifted Tupe a piece of land after hearing that he wanted to build a hospital. Hannah started to pack her things incase they needed to leave in a hurry.
Her hopes of getting away from Kiko was dashed when Tupe told her that they would not be going to Canada. Hannah was furious and she accused Tupe of chosing Rita over their family again. Tupe tried to explain to her that he would not be able to handle it if he was away from Rita.
Meanwhile, Paulina decided to go to the US because she had finally realized that there was no chance with Tupe. Peterson found Rita again and went to speak with her. He asked her not to list him being impotence as grounds for their annulment.
Rita said she would agree under one condition. She asked Peterson not to show up to any of the hearings so that the annulment would be approved quickly. Peterson agreed and Rita told him to leave. Secretly, he planned not to give Rita the annulment if she would not change her mind.
Rita decided to move again so that Peterson would not find her. Raymond arranged for them to live at a place in Cavite. Meanwhile, Tupe bid the people of Talisay goodbye and left to start his hospital project with Simon. He left his new address with Hannah in case she wanted to visit.
Hannah decided to give Kiko one more chance and so she went to see him. She asked him why things had suddenly changed between them but he was not able to answer her. Mr. Del Mundo (Kiko’s father) arrived and Hannah decided to leave. Kiko told his father that he knew why he wanted to leave.
He was aware that his father had been involved in the mürdër of Miguel Salcedo. Mr. Del Mundo confessed that he was among the gang behind the ättaçk but was not the one who k!lled Miguel. He needed the money after Kiko got in trouble at school.
Tupe and Simon moved to the new place and went to meet the captain. The captain was glad to hear that they were planning on building a hospital because the one they had was 30 minutes away. Some new residents came to introduce themselves as well and it turned out to be Rita and her friends.
Raymond admitted to Tupe that he planned everything after Tupe told him that his hospital would be in Cavite. They decided to visit each other regularly because they lived a few minutes away.
