Jiayu Confronts Xinyan With The Disturbing Truth Of Her Past. Xinyan Makes Haoze Despise His Mother. Jiayu Falls Into Xinyan’s Deadly Trap, & Tianming Comes To Her Rescue.
Tianming and Jiayu work together to impress Ms. Jin and they manage to win her over and get the contact. Xinyan finds a way to get to Ms. Jin, only to realize that she’s already too late. She’s resentful to discover that Tianming had surpassed her and gotten the contract.
Jiayu discovers that her longtime rival was responsible for her mother’s accident. She refrains from going after her since she doesn’t have conclusive evidence just yet. Gu Min begins to blackmail Xinyan again, this time, with Ruirui’s abuse. Xinyan reacts after receiving a scare from Jiaxing who’s vengeful for his mother.
The Li siblings decide to work together to expose Xinyan’s true face. Jiaxing feels unsettled with his social status in comparison to Yanan’s and considers breaking it off with her. President Zhang gets upset to see them together. One thing leads to another and results in an unfortunate accident.
Haoze begins to despise his mother thanks to Xinyan’s sinister scheme. Li Zhengdao is shocked to see Haoze in Xinyan’s company. He soon finds out the whereabouts of his daughter (Jiayu). In the meantime, Xinyan cooks up another scheme to expose Gu Min to her husband.
Zhenguo is devastated when he sees the alarming photos. Yanan begins to act out following her breakup with Jiaxing. Jiayu continues her investigation into Xinyan’s past and she’s appalled to discover that her father (Zhengdao) had a history with her.
Gu Min’s troubles intensify and Xinyan’s manipulations make Haoze kick her out of the mansion.Jiayu faces Xinyan with the damaging truth, just as Jiaxing finds information on her fake parents. Zhengdao tracks down his family and comes to know of Shen Fengfang’s condition.
Scared that Jiayu would reveal the truth and ruin everything for her, Xinyan connives with her accomplice to get rid of her for good. Haoze makes Gu Min even more miserable and she soon realizes that Xinyan is the mastermind of her misfortunes.
Jiaxing makes peace with President Zheng who urges him to talk things out with Yanan. Jiayu falls deeply into Xinyan’s trap. Tianming saves her from certain dëäth and rushes her to the hospital. Zhenguo is comatose.
Xinyan becomes worked up when she finds out that Jiayu is still alive. She strives to cover her tracks as Jiayu recuperates at the hospital. Zhengdao bumps into Yanan. As investigations into the warehouse fire begins, Tianming becomes suspicious of Xinyan and resolves his misunderstandings with Jiayu.
