Team Cardo Discover Lazaro’s Identity. President Hidalgo Brings Lily Home. Another Kidñappiñg Rocks The Community. Cardo’s Suspicions Arouse When He Meets Stanley; Stanley Orders A Hit On Krista & Her Daughter.
The episode begins with Captain Alyana receiving a report at the town hall regarding the kidñappiñg involving the white van. Alyana assures the mother that they would help her find her daughter. Juan rears his ugly head to offer his assistance. Meanwhile, the åbdücted and restrained children are told that their current predicament is because a parent of theirs had borrowed gambling money but haven’t been able to pay back.
CCTV footage captures the recent kidñappiñg in the community and worried, Alyana decides to involve the police. Cardo and his team deliberate more on their risky mission of investigating the first lady. Billy proposes that they should start investigating Mei Lin because she could be more than just an assistant.
President Hidalgo has a discussion with his officials about the terror ättaçk, whining about how the authorities have still not been able to identify the person behind it. Diana insinuates that the perpetrator could have a connection to someone in the government and Oscar charges them to solve the case as soon as possible.
Later, VP Aveliano has a one-on-one talk with him and assures him that he had nothing to do with the attempt on his life. Oscar believes so, even as his vice reassures him of his loyalty. From thereon, the dumb president proceeds to visit his miserable wife at the hospital to have her discharged.
Lily the jezebel secretly gloats and looks forward to using Oscar to fulfill her sinister agenda of attaining absolute wealth and power. Cardo informs Dela Cruz about the information they had gathered and he’s given the go-ahead to investigate the first lady with extreme caution. Oscar brings Lily home, much to the excitement of everyone.
Stanley talks to Ramon, the father of kidñäpped girl and charges him to pay his debt for the safe return of his daughter. Upon arriving home, Ramon is confronted by his wife who lashes out at him for his irresponsible behavior which had put their daughter in danger.
She considers telling Captain Alyana or Cardo about the matter but Ramon warns her against that, saying that he would find a way to pay his debt so they can have their daughter back. Stanley spies with a vengeance. In the meantime, our favorite hero returns home from work to take Letlet back to her mother.
Stanley talks to a lackey of his on phone and he scolds him for kidñappiñg Ramon’s daughter in the neighborhood where Cardo and Task Force Agila live. He then orders him to secure the girl and k!ll Ramon. Krista overhears everything and she’s shocked.
When Cardo brings Letlet over, Stanley gives him the cold shoulder after Krista introduces him. After Cardo leaves, Stanley accuses Krista of having an affair with the decorated officer and even āssäults her to boot. In the meantime, Cardo returns home and tells his wife of how he suspects that Krista is being abused by her boyfriend.
Alyana plans to have a talk with her amidst the preparation going on for new year’s eve. While another kidñappiñg takes place, the åbdücted kids at the hideout make an attempt to escape. Stanley orders his minions to get rid of Krista and her daughter for good.
President Hidalgo gives a speech about the challenges the country had faced, promising to ensure peace and security in the coming year. Art watches the live telecast with his family, expressing his dislike for the president and everyone else in the government.
Hipolito and Jacob make mockery of Oscar as they also watch the news. In particular, Renato mockingly states that in no time, whatever comes out of the president’s mouth will be words they would dictate to him themselves. Cardo tells Delfin about Lazaro’s identity as well as his connection to Bloody Sun.
They deliberate on Lily’s connection to him and Diana speculates that she could be the financier of the rebels. Delfin then charges team Cardo to investigate with great caution in order to be one step ahead of their enemies. Cardo declares that they need to keep a close eye on Lily to discover her true identity.
