“I knew it. That Supremo. We are ready to die for everyone’s welfare and safety. That is the duty of a Moonchaser. We need to go back to our headquarters. So I can create a serum…that could save all of us.”
Pro T and Tristan encourage senator Mallari to leave Mirasol after they’re done securing the place. The senator is however reluctant to go into hiding, stating that the main reason he wants to be president is so he could take drastic measures against the vampires since the current president is terrified of Supremo.
Tristan asks who Supremo is and the senator begins speaking of the vast, deadly power of the evil lord vampire. Lauren seems scared already as she glances at Joey.
“I knew it,” Prof T remarks. “Now I get why every move they make is calculated. That’s because they have a leader governing them. That Supremo.”
Trista seems confused. “Where is he? And what does he look like?”
“There’s only a few people who know Supremo,” Mallari says. “But no one dares expose his real identity out of fear. When it comes to our government, it’s so hard to tell who your friends and enemies are. You don’t know if the person you’re asking for help is the person who’ll betray you.”
Supremo has some fun time with some random mortal in Basement 2 of the Heat Bar in the SMV Corporation as Diana looks on with displeasure. Meanwhile, Omar pulls over outside the company and urges Malia to come with him if she really wants to know everything.
Back in the rest house, the senator asks of the leader of the Moonchasers, just as Chino and his other vampire scums lie in wait outside to outsmart the group. Prof T tells the senator that it’s best and safer for everyone if he knows less.
“Moonchasers is a force meant to combat the evil brought about by vampires,” Prof T states. “And I was chosen to guide and train the Moonchasers to ensure that the fight against the vampires continues and ends in victory.”
“What if you get k!lled instead?” asks the senator. “You’re going against powerful creatures.”
“We all believe that the vampires must be stopped and that they should be eliminated. And even if they k!ll all of us, we will pass down our skills to the next generation. And unto the next. And the next one if needed in order for the fight to carry on. Until all vampires are gone.”
Lauren is evidently terrified now.
“We are ready to die for everyone’s welfare and safety,” Prof T concludes. “That is the duty of a Moonchaser.”
Panting like a big dog, Lauren runs off and Joey goes after her and tries to talk her into going back inside. However, Lauren refuses to budge and begins lamenting over not wanting the kind of life of the group. After some more drama, Joey bids farewell to her friend and Lauren foolishly proceeds to run out of the gate.
Simultaneously, Omar takes Malia around Basement 1 where some ignorant humans hang around with vampires, saying that she probably knows what will happen to them. He then takes her downstairs to Basement 2, telling her that any mortal that gets in won’t be able to get out alive.
“Supremo is there too. When this elevator opens, you and I mustn’t talk. Don’t you ever leave my side. And prepare yourself for the things you’re gonna see.”
Joey returns inside and Tristan asks of Lauren’s whereabouts. Prof T and the other Moonchasers look on silently in comprehension. Speaking of, Lauren proves to be much dumber than before as she goes crying and running through the night. As expected, Chino the leader of the vampire nest finds and captures her with ease.
While Gael and Erin have small talk outside SMV Corporation, awaiting Malia’s return, Omar brings Malia into Basement 2 which is crowded with vampires and unsuspecting humans alike. After a while of clubbing, Diana announces that the Heat Bar has a big surprise for everyone.
Malia spots Supremo in the midst of the throng as she stands behind Omar. “Has he finally betrayed me?” she wondered. Blood begins dripping down on everyone and Supremo bares his fangs and sinks them into his date’s neck. As Malia looks on in horror, the other vampires join in on the fun, biting the humans and sucking their blood.
A random vampire glides over to attåçk Malia but Omar holds him off, declaring that she’s his. Supremo turns around to see him and once he turns away, Omar slips away with Malia. Meanwhile, Jake has a dream of his father’s death at the hands of Supremo. He wakes up to his mother’s voice calling him out for help.Read Next Episode on The Blood Moon Episode 21
