Alyana Deals With Issues At Her Office. Cedric Makes Mei Lin An Offer & Pays Big Time. Cardo & His Team Wallow In Suspension. Juan Joins Forces With Mei Lin To Hunt Down Lazaro.
Captain Alyana Dalisay is seated in her office when Councilor Bea drags Domeng in and begins blabbering about how the watchmen had been bullying him earlier in such a comical manner. She states that Alyana is her idol and so she won’t tolerate any bullying in the office. Alyana understands and plans to have a talk with the guys.
Meanwhile, Cardo justifies his actions but accepts the suspension in good faith. While Alyana talks to all the watchmen and asks for their cooperation for the welfare of the community, Mei Lin meets up with Cedric who offers her a large sum of money to switch sides.
Mei Lin puts on a show as she plays along for a while and makes it seem like she could be interested. Cedric offers his hand to shake to signify the acceptance of their deal and Mei Lin takes him by surprise.
She engages in a fistfight with him, easily bests him and compels him to give up the location of Lazaro’s evidence against Lily. After knocking out Cedric and restraining him in the trunk of her car, Mei Lin notifies her puppet master and tells her that she’s going to retrieve the evidence.
While Alyana holds a meeting at the office with her entire staff, Cardo hangs out with his comrades at the canteen and together with Basco, they deliberate on the suspension and how it could affect their search for Hipolito.
Marquez has a talk with his men about the very same matter and he hopes that our favorite hero and his buddies would return to work at the soonest so their team would be whole again.Cardo and his comrades are on their way home when they come across a woman who’s just moving into a house nearby. They gladly decide to help out with unpacking her stuff.
Elizabeth and the other Palace workers discuss when the president would marry Lily. In the meantime, James asks Diana if they have to stop their investigation on Lily since the president had already made his decision. Diana states that they would continue nonetheless for the sake of the country’s wellbeing.
The next morning, Cardo and his buddies take a stroll around the neighborhood and decide to use the 5 days suspension to help Alyana out at the office. In no time, they pay her a surprise visit. Cardo tells Alyana about the suspension and sweet talks her, much to the amusement of Bea and Domeng.
Mei Lin sneaks into Lazaro’s hideout to search for the evidence, just as Juan shows up outside and begins silently taking out the goons on guard duty. Lazaro catches Mei Lin and pulls a güñ on her and she knocks it away. Hand-to-hand combat ensues and Mei Lin has the advantage until Lazaro eventually gets his hands on his güñ again.
As he aims at Mei Lin and is about to fire, Juan shows up and shoots him in the arm. Lazaro escapes with what’s left of his men and Juan pursues him. Mei Lin joins the chase and they all trade shots on the road. Team Marquez and Billy happen to be nearby and when they see this, they try to get involved.
Meanwhile, Lazaro’s escape is finally cut off on the bridge and he engages in a brief guñfight with Mei Lin and Juan. Eventually, Juan shoots Lazaro again and he drops into the river below. The episode concludes with Juan and Mei Lin shooting down into the river as Lazaro’s body sinks.
