Peterson confides in his friends regarding his insistence for the IVF procedure, determined to see it through at all cost. Tupe decides to go and see Congresswoman Rita to inform her of the plight of his community. As fate will have it, he meets Peterson instead who goes out of his way to help out.
Unfortunately, Peterson ends up in another car accident and Tupe comes to his rescue once more. Hannah gets in trouble with the police. Rita is reluctant on both accounts for obvious reasons. Nevertheless, Peterson sets his eyes on Tupe as his perfect sperm donor – he makes deliberate efforts to learn more about him. Tupe is stricken with guilt when he fails to save a life because of his hand injury.
Upon finding out what her husband has been up to, Rita confronts him and makes known the reason for her reluctance. As fate will have it, Tupe meets Peterson’s wife; Peterson’s admiration for Tupe increases when he discovers that he was the one who had saved his life before.
Following a series of incidents, Peterson has another falling out with his wife and he decides to go and hang out at Tupe’s place, vehemently ignoring Rita’s phone calls.
