Dajiu Plots To Influence & Scam Jiaxing. Jiayu Tries To Get Information On Her Liver Donation. Tianming Helps Jiayu With Haoze’s Case Against Her.
Jiaxing arrived home and the aunt of the neighborhood committee gave him two bags of some stuff, telling him that he could talk to the neighborhood committee if he had any difficulties at home.
When Jiaxing entered the house, he found Jiayu feeding their mother instant noodles. Upset, he reminded her that their mother was a patient and so she had to cook for her. Jiayu weakly told her brother that she had no time to cook recently.
She wondered why the aunt of the neighborhood committee would give them coffee. Dajiu saw Jiaxing go downstairs and he put on a show by approaching him and taking him to a bar to drink, all with the sole purpose of getting him to tell him more about his sister. Xinyan called Dajiu on phone and came to learn of what he’s been up to.
As much as he wanted, Dajiu got Jiaxing drunk and the boy began blabbering about the predicament of his family. Jiayu recalled the preposterous lies and accusations Haoze had laid on her. She vowed to prove herself innocent, regain custody of Ruirui and make Haoze and Xinyan receive the punishment they deserve.
A moment later, Jiayu went to the hospital to print a certificate of liver donation surgery. After inquiring from a doctor, she was told that there was no record of the recipient in the operation record. Jiayu asked the doctor to check Zhenguo, saying that her liver was donated to him.
The doctor told Jiayu that according to the hospital’s regulations, the patient’s case could not be disclosed to the public because it was illegal. Jiayu found out that Zhenguo was no longer in the original ward and had been discharged from the hospital.
At home, Jiaxing expresses his annoyance over his sister’s reluctance to divorce Haoze and Jiayu told him that she wanted to make things clear first. Jiaxing was hooked on the attractive business offer Dajiu had made him before and he considered resigning from the job Yanan had gotten for him.
When he arrived late at the logistics group, his superior rebuked him and criticized his drinking habits. Jiayu came home to find Shen Fenfang missing and when Jiaxing came to learn of this, he rebuked her for leaving the door open. They then split up to find their mother. Ironically, Fenfang was posting a missing person’s notice of Jiayu outside.
When Tianming saw it, he took her to the police station.Jiayu and Jiaxing come up short in their search for their mother and eventually, they receive a phone call from the police station to go and pick up her up. Unfortunately, Fenfang still couldn’t remember Jiayu.
Maru Group and Pide Corporation reached an agreement. After the meeting, Secretary Liu told Tianming that Jiayu had already started to work, and judging from the recent investigation, she didn’t seem like the bad person people make her out to be.
Later that night, Jiayu is going home after work when she’s ättaçked by a goon who tries to steal her bag. Fortunately, Tianming appeared just in time to stop the scumbag. Jiayu carefully treated Tianming’s wounds and he stared at her affectionately as always.
Tianming was more than ready to help Jiayu through her problems. Jiayu didn’t want him to be dragged into the mess but Tianming would never leave her by herself. Dajiu introduced Jiaxing to a financial investment business and made him believe that he can easily make a lot of money.
While Tianming embraced Jiayu, Dajiu happened to see it and decided to take a photo. The next morning, Tianming handed Jiayu a business card of a famous divorce lawyer in China; he wanted to help her reclaim custody of Ruirui. Jiayu turned down the offer since she didn’t have money to hire a lawyer.
Meanwhile, Dajiu questioned Jiaxing about his sister’s løvë life and he told him that she was busy working and had no intention of finding a boyfriend.
