Domeng Undergoes Surgery. Lazaro Flips. Juan Becomes Obsessed With Having His Revenge On Cardo. Hipolito Figures Out That Chloe Is Still Alive.
Cardo and the members of Task Force Agila wait in agitation outside the operation room, expressing their concern for Domeng and hoping that he pulls through. While Domeng undergoes surgery, Councilor Gina and Captain Bart learn of his condition and they actually jubilate since it’s a welcome distraction that could give them an advantage in the election.
The rotten duo/officials later on try to bribe Mando, a supporter of Alyana to switch sides and turn his people against her. At the hospital, the doctor updates Cardo and his comrades about Domeng’s condition following the successful surgery.
Juan sits in the comfort of his hideout, whining about how he would never stop until he gets back at our favorite hero. In the meantime, Cardo arrives home with his team and the drama continues as Grandma Flora begins bombarding him with questions regarding Domeng’s condition.
Hipolito deploys some men of his to go out there, find Juan and bring him back alive. Back at the Dalisays, Cardo tells the family about how their mission had gone and promises to capture Domeng’s shooter.
Later that night, Alyana lies in bed with her husband, expressing her misgivings over the recent incidents. Cardo states that if she ends up winning in the election, then it would be better for Domeng to work for her since the police work is dangerous. Alyana agrees to his suggestion.
In the meantime, news of the recent operation of Task Force Agila comes off on TV and Lazaro is taken by surprise to learn that Hipolito was one of Mr. Miller’s clients. Jerome gets pretty excited when Bubbles reveals to him that they’re going to have a son. Cardo has breakfast with his wife and promises to take her out on a date as soon as he gets some free time.
Juan receives a phone call from Lazaro and he indulges him as he whines nonstop about the botched business deal they had agreed on. Lily goes to see Ernesto to ask him about how to get into contact with the boss of Mr. Miller and she’s sorely disappointed since Ernesto has no idea.
Hipolito deliberates with Jacob on the breakdown of their plans and happens to figure out that the police had deceived them all along by making them believe that Chloe is dead; Renato states that Chloe is still alive and probably the one who had helped the police to track them down.
Jacob is in absolute disbelief. While Mando informs team Alyana about how Councilor Gina and Captain Bart had tried to bribe him, General Dela Cruz informs Cardo and his team about the investigation report which states that Mr. Miller wasn’t the actual leader of the foreign syndicate group.
Lazaro gets snubbed by Lily when he calls her on phone to ask about Task Force Agila’s recent operation. Not wanting to lose the jezebel completely, he vents out his frustrations on Cedric and charges him to track down Hipolito as soon as possible.
Chloe begins to get worked up when she learns that Jacob is still alive and on the loose and Cardo assures her that they would keep her safe. Staying true to protocol, the police decide to take her to a safe house to ensure her safety. Ironically, Hipolito contacts a rogue prosecutor for a list of all the safe houses he knows.
Juan shows up at CIDG headquarters to report some blasted child abdüctioñs being carried out by a syndicate in his area. When he spots Cardo seated at his desk, he puts on a pathetic show of being an ardent fan of him and his team. Meanwhile, Mei Lin counsels Lily to make herself unavailable to Oscar in order to reacquire his undivided attention.
