Tianming & Mongchun (Jiayu) Begin To Fall For Each Other; Yanan Acts On Her Jealousy. Dajiu Continues His Search. Xinyan Plots To Take Advantage Of Haoze’s Misfortune.
Jiayu (Mongchun) writes her boss’ name down in her notebook and she strives to keep herself from thinking about him. In the meantime, Tianming lies in bed and stares at a photo frame of himself and his mother. Since it’s parents day, Weiwei refuses to go to kindergarten without her mother (Jiayu) and Haoze tries in vain to talk her into it.
A moment later, Haoze goes to see his father in his room to update him on how things in the office is going. Mr. Hao expresses his utmost disapproval of his reservations toward his wife and his relationship with Xinyan.
Yanan sees Tianming buying a hairclip and she gets all excited, thinking that it’s for her. However, Tianming gives the thing to Mongchun (Jiayu) once he gets to work. Yanan isn’t the least bit happy when she notices her wearing the hairclip. She takes advantage of Mongchun’s condition to send her on an errand.
Mongchun (Jiayu) goes by herself to pick up the paper cups that had been ordered. She passes by Dajiu on the road but isn’t seen thanks to the box covering her face. Dajiu takes note of the information he finds on a missing person’s poster of Jiayu and in no time, he goes to her mother’s residence and sneaks into the place to check it out.
As Jiayu serves some customers at the coffee shop, Yanan finds her hairclip on one of the tables and she picks it up and grudgingly goes to dump it in the garbage can outside. When Jiayu later finds out, she hurries outside to actually search the dustbin.
In an interesting turn of event, Haoze pulls over nearby and passes by her into the shop where he discusses a business expansion deal with Tianming, who of course, turns him down. Jiayu is delighted when she finally finds the hairclip. Haoze passes by her again from behind and as he gets into his car, Jiayu turns to stare.
Haoze picks up his daughter from school and Xinyan shows up and tries to win her over by offering her a candy. Weiwei treats her with indifference, refuses to take the candy and drags her father away to head home. Yanan observes Jiayu cleaning the shop and she begins to think of creating a romantic moment with Tianming.
She soon comes up with a cunning scheme to fool and lock Jiayu in the darkroom so she can have some time with Tianming once he shows up. Unknown to her, Tianming has been in the darkroom all this time and Jiayu is surprised to see him at first.
One thing leads to another and ends up ki$$ing her. Yanan calls Tianming’s phone and when she hears it ringing in the darkroom, she decides to call a locksmith, thinking that he might have left it there before leaving. The locksmith soon arrives and manages to get the door open.
Tianming comes out of the room, much to Yanan’s disbelief. Yanan gets pretty upset when she realizes that her plan had backfired. After work is done for the day, Tianming gives Mongchun (Jiayu) a copy of the most beautiful photo he had taken of her.
Haoze goes to see Xinyan at her place and when she finds out about the financial difficulties of his company (P & K Group), she secretly plans to help him and also take advantage to join the company. A moment later, Mr. Hao lashes at his son when he discovers the financial situation of P & K Group and he even threatens to fire him if he doesn’t turn things around in one week time.
In no time, Xinyan reaches out to a schoolmate of hers who’s now the director of a company and she talks him into helping her with a supposed project she’s doing. When Xinyan sees a photo frame of her class, she flashes back to a crime she had committed all those years ago. Meanwhile, Tianming surprises Mongchun (Jiayu) with a birthday celebration.
