Victor Dies After Setting Things Right With His Two Wives. He’s Soon Laid To Rest. Dale Makes Amends. Janine Weds Kenji While Yvonne Finally Accepts Albert’s Proposal.
Victor charges Marlon to take care of his family and after he leaves, his son lies by his bedside and they begin conversing heartily. Victor counsels Marcus not to emulate him and make the same mistakes he did; when the time comes for him to have a family of his own, he must have only one wife and cherish his family with every fiber of his being.
Eventually, Victor professes his løvë for his son a moment before his vitals start dropping drastically. In no time, he dies on his sickbed and Marcus weeps over his body miserably.
In no time, the wake-keeping is held and Yvonne and Janine mourn as they view the body. Marcus grieves the loss of his father and his mother strives to console him. Janine has a dramatic moment with her mother and aunt and she eventually reconciles with them.
Dale finally surrenders to the police and Kenji brings Audrey to reunite with her mother. Janine gets all emotional and she takes her daughter inside. Audrey and Marcus reconcile and agree to treat each other better, just as Janine expresses her utmost appreciation to Kenji for everything he’s done for her.
Following the wake, Janine and Yvonne simultaneously reflect on some good memories with Victor. The day for the funeral finally arrives and after Victor is laid to rest, Yvonne and Janine have a dramatic conversation about how they have both grown into better versions of themselves.
Dale comes to see his daughter for the last time to say goodbye and he thanks her for giving him the chance to be a father. Janine finally forgives him for everything and they make peace and part ways on a friendly note. Kenji comes over to profess his feelings to Janine and assure her that he’s able to wait for as long as necessary for her to give him a chance.
In more ways than one, Janine and Yvonne begin to pick up the pieces of their lives and move on with the support of their families and friends. Doris announces the good news, that Marcus will soon have a playmate because she’s finally pregnant. Everyone rejoices over this.
Marcus is happy with how Albert always make his mother smile and he hopes that he would always be there for her. Kenji proposes to Janine and she finally accepts to be his wife, delighting her family and friends. Yvonne shares her life experience with some women at a foundation.
Ultimately, her catering service is requested for at Janine’s wedding with Kenji. Families and friends from both sides grace the occasion and after the ceremony, Janine thanks everyone for their support. When it comes time for her to throw her flowers to the single ladies, Yvonne is the one to catch.
In such dramatic and ridiculous manner, she makes it known to Albert that she’s ready to accept and be with him. Albert doesn’t pass up the chance to tease her before going down on his knees to propose to her. Yvonne accepts and gets all emotional right up to the moment he ki$$es her.
Two years later, Janine happily recounts a trip she had taken with her husband and daughter to Hong Kong Disneyland and Yvonne also shares the time she had spent with Albert and Marcus at the former’s province. Kenji comes over with Audrey while Albert does same with Marcus, and the show concludes as Janine and Yvonne happily walk with their families.
