The Police Discover Evidence Of Audrey’s Kidñappiñg; Dale Snaps & Slips Up. Victor Regains His Freedom & Reunites With His Family. Janine Makes Peace With Yvonne.
Victor struggles to fend off his attackers and the commotion draws the attention of the prison guards who hurry over to restore order. Following months of fruitless search, Janine is told by a policeman that her daughter might be dead already. Refusing to believe that, she gets worked up and urges the police to do everything to find her daughter.
All this time, Dale continues to lead her on as he works to win her over. Yvonne is distressed when she learns of what had befallen Victor in prison and when she tells Albert about it, he assures her that he would reach out to his aunt who is a judge for help.
In the meantime, Minerva comes to see her daughter again and she apologizes to her and tries to convince her to give her a chance to help her.Janine throws a fit and kicks her mother out of her house. In no time, she has a falling-out with her lawyer on account of Victor’s sentence reduction.
Having gotten a good job offer in New York, Michelle parts ways with Albert on a friendly note, wishing him all the best. Dale is exasperated when Janine thinks of going to see Victor in prison, saying that he’s the only one who can comfort her.
While the police find evidence of Audrey’s kidñappiñg, Dale snaps and taunts Janine with how their daughter is with him. Janine lashes out at him. With Kenjie’s help, Minerva takes her daughter to a doctor who diagnoses Janine’s mental condition. Minerva strives to convince Janine to let go of her obsession with Victor so she can finally heal.
Yvonne and her family are delighted and eagerly look forward to Victor’s return home since the 6 months sentence is already over. That night, Marcus’ birthday is celebrated and he’s delighted when his father shows up to grace the occasion.
Victor reunites with his son and assures Yvonne that he would do everything to annul his marriage with Janine. As they all make merry, Janine makes a surprise appearance and Marcus gets really dramatic, confronts her and demands that she leave them alone.
Ironically, Janine apologizes for everything she has done to Yvonne and her entire family. After Yvonne berates her, she actually goes on her knees and apologizes some more. Janine offers an apology to Victor and he agrees that they should let bygones be bygones so they can move on with their lives.
Janine thanks Victor for his understanding and is relived when Yvonne agrees to make peace with her. The next morning though, she snaps when she receives a document stating the annulment of her marriage with Victor.
Dale calls his mother on phone and desperately tries to talk her into brining Audrey back so he can reunite her with her mother before he gets arrested. Victor proposes to Yvonne a second time and she gladly agrees to marry him again. In the meantime, Albert resolves to accept the bitter truth – that he and Yvonne aren’t meant to be.
Victor meets up with Janine and painstakingly breaks the news to her, urging her to forget about him. Janine breaks down and later rants nonstop about how Victor and his entire family deserve to die. Ultimately, Marcus rides his new bike with a couple of his friends and Janine spies on him with sinister intention.
