Carlos & Rigor Flaunt & Enjoy Their Ill-gotten Wealth. When Trouble Comes Knocking, They Decide To Frame Up Gabriel, Thereby Putting A Target On His Back.
Carlos and Rigor return home on high alert and they eagerly check out the diamonds behind closed doors, excited at how much they can make from it.
While Gabriel goes to the warehouse to check up on Olsen, Carlos takes the diamonds to a dealer to have it examined and he’s amazed and thrilled when he learns that every single piece is worth 250,000 US dollars.
The next morning, Roman walks into his office to find Carlos seated comfortably on his chair in such disrespectful manner. When Carlos notices Roman, he taunts him with a bagful of money he had left on his table; it’s payment for the settlement Roman had demanded plus interest.
Roman asks where he had gotten all that money and Carlos shrugs off his question and gloats some more before eventually leaving with a self-satisfied smirk on his face .Rigor uses some of the money he had made to go shopping and he even buys an expensive handbag for Sylvia.
Carlos takes his to the next level by surprising Simeon with a brand new car he had bought for him. Roman still can’t seem to stop wondering about where Carlos had gotten the millions of money he had dropped off earlier.
Gabriel is equally mesmerized when he learns of it and Roman makes a request of him. Simeon flaunts his new car to impress Marilyn at Olsen’s expense. A black man/syndicate leader known as Emeka confronts the casino owner and threatens to finish him off if he doesn’t tell him where to find the dead Richmond’s car.
Carlos moves into a much better house with his wife and sister-in-law (Steph) and he assures his dear wife that things will be better from now.Isabel gets all dramatic as she cries for her baby and dear hubby consoles her.
Emeka blows a fuse when his men fail to find his precious diamonds in Richmond’s car and he unleashes his anger and frustrations on the casino owner, demanding to know who had disposed of the car.
A moment later, Rigor is åbdücted and roughed up by Emeka who will stop at nothing to get back his diamonds. Ironically, Rigor admits that the diamonds are in the possession of his son…Gabriel.
Emeka happily leaves with his men. Later, Rigor informs his actual miserable son of the ordeal he had suffered and how he had implicated Gabriel to save their miserable asses.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Olsen is suspended from work when there comes a discrepancy in the inventory of the warehouse under his watch. Gabriel becomes troubled with his buddy’s situation and Bianca makes it a point to cheer him up.
Later, Gabriel parks his car at the parking lot of the company and proceeds to head for his office. Rigor, in connivance with Carlos, manages to plant some incriminating evidence in the car to implicate Gabriel for the theft of the diamonds.
After misinforming Emeka and putting a target at Gabriel’s back, Rigor decides to go and bury his cut of the diamonds for safekeeping and to protect his miserable son. He later talks to him about the sinister scheme they had plotted against Gabriel.
At the Dela Vega mansion, a celebration is held to celebrate Bianca’s pregnancy. Isabel grudgingly attends the event and shocks Gabriel and his family by announcing that she’s also pregnant.
