“Jepoy. Get out of there. There’s a bømb in the cake. Jepoy, get out of here! No! Don’t do it! Jepoy!! Jepoy!!!”
Carlos was prepping up excitedly for Camila’s rebranding event when Kulas walked in and soon conversed with him about Daniela, going on about how he didn’t want him to get dragged into Danny girl’s inevitable plan to get revenge on Romina.
Meanwhile, Romina charged the probably useless security not to allow anyone who wasn’t on the guest list in. Cassie arrived with her uncle.
The cake arrived as Romina and Cassie were having a moment. While a goon called and informed his boss, Daniela manipulated Carlos and Marga to have a talk with her.
A moment later while Carlos was busy on the phone outside a diner, Daniela drugged their order and went on to urge Marga to drink her milkshake. Carlos appeared a second before she could take a sip. He told Daniela that they had to go. As Danny girl put on a show of remorse, a phone call came in from Hector.
“Who’s that, mom?” Marga asked.
“It’s your aunt, Savannah. I’ll just take this.”
Carlos made a face. As Daniela stood from the table and talked in hushed tones, an annoyed Carlos slipped away with Marga. Hector was running surveillance, concealing himself in a car at the other side of Camila’s street. He gloated upon sighting Carlos and Marga.
He then ordered his goons to stick to the plan and blow them up along with everyone else so Daniela wouldn’t have anyone left to turn to. Romina and Carlos were glad that their daughters had finally stopped fighting. Carlos thanked Mina as well as Cassie for helping Marga change for the better, promising to do anything for their families to be on good terms.
“We can try and fix things all we want,” Mina said. “But there are still people out there who mess things up for us.”
“You mean Hector and Daniela. Don’t worry. We’ll work together. I swear I won’t let them ruin another life.”
Kristoff was glad to have some alone time with Cassie. He went on about how he missed her and hoped that they spent time together like they did before, even with Marga around. Cassie promised to make it up to him. As Daniela desperately tried to delay their plans for her family’s sake, some goons brought a dolled up Eva over.
“It’s time to finish the job,” Hector said. “You want to k!ll Romina, right?”
“Yes,” psycho Eva replied.
“This is your best chance.” Hector handed the madwoman a hañdgün, and she beamed and caressed it as if it was some long lost treasure.
Romina launched a speech into her secret at success, going on about how she was never afraid to face whatever life brought her, be it the good or bad. “Camila is out. Romina’s Food Corporation is in.” Romina was met with a clap offering from their audience. Just then, Bonita sneaked out. (Like the rat that she was).
Desperate to save her family, Daniela slipped away from Hector and headed into Camila. Meanwhile, a guard who had probably forgotten his brain at home allowed psycho Eva and some dolled up goons passage as Bonita looked on. (Well, this is pretty stüpïd. So are they even on the guest list?) They soon had a shootout with some other guards. It was the beginning of the chaos and pandemonium that had been fated to dominate the night.
Romina and Carlos were beside themselves as they frantically searched for their daughters. A guard came to inform Mina that they had to leave because psycho Eva had shot one of the guys. (Oh, aren’t you guys so reliable. You’re running away from a psychopath with a gu6n? Aren’t you a man? Go face her and stop complaining, damn it. What are you being paid for? To give death notices?)
Romina refused to budge without her daughter. Soon enough, Cassie found her way back into the room only to be separated in the midst of the commotion as the useless bodyguards pulled Romina out. Meanwhile, some goons captured Cassie, rendering her unconscious with a single blow to the belly. (Seriously? A regular blow to the stomach can make someone pass out? Oh, God).
Somewhere at Camila, Marga ran into her mother and asked what she was doing there. Daniela said they had to leave with her dad before things got worse. Suspecting that she was involved in what was going on, Marga ditched her and ran off.
Meanwhile, Kristoff spotted the scumbags carrying Cassie away. He engaged them but was easily knocked out. Coming to the knowledge that his lackeys had Cassie, Hector activated the timer on the bømb. Kristoff told Romina about the men who had åbdücted Cassie.
The scumbags dropped off Cassie in a car, where she magically regained consciousness. Bidding her time, Cassie unlocked the door, sneaked out and scurried away. Carlos found Marga, who told him about her run-in with her mother and how she had warned them to leave before things got worse. As Marga urged her father to leave with her, Carlos spotted psycho Eva nearby, brandishing her güñ.
He sent Marga off with Bernard and went after the madwoman.Psycho Eva managed to get Romina into the event hall and held her at güñpøint. Carlos soon came to disarm and restrain her. Eva revealed that there was a bømb in the cake. A moment later, Romina heard Cassie’s shouts.
As she hurried out, Eva bested Carlos and escaped. Meanwhile, Hector dragged Daniela out of the building and showed her the timer. 57 secs to go. While Carlos caught up with psycho Eva and started wrestling for the güñ, Romina hurried into the almost deserted event hall. “Jepoy. Get out of there. There’s a bomb in the cake.”
“Stay back,” Jepoy said as Mina approached.
16…15…14…
“Jepoy, get out of here! No!” Romina yelled as he picked up the cake. “Don’t do it! Jepoy!! Jepoy!!!”
Jepoy ran out of the event room with the cake. 6…5…4…
During Carlos and psycho Eva’s struggle, a shot went off. Meanwhile, Jepoy halted at an empty hallway, sadly waiting for the inevitable. 2…1. The bømb went off and the explosion knocked down Romina in the event room. As she staggered to her feet, Carlos looked on as psycho Eva favored her wounded belly and stilled.
Carlos checked for a pulse. There was none.
Romina sobbed as she looked on at what was left of Jepoy. Meanwhile, Carlos found Cassie, her leg buried in the ruins of one of the rooms. He carried her to safety as she wailed in pain. He soon ran into Romina and some others.
Mina thanked Carlos for saving her daughter as the EMTs loaded her up into an ambulance. Hector ordered his goons to get Cassie and make sure to k!ll Romina. The scumbags soon blocked the ambulance Romina and Cassie were riding in. Two scumbags retrieved Cassie from the ambulance while one held Romina at güñpøint.
