President Hidalgo has a talk with Secretary Borja about the campaign against the crooked foreign nationals flooding their country. People in various parts of the country begin to discuss about the jezebel Lily and her rumored relationship with the president.
Speaking of, Lily goes to see Diana in her office and when she starts questioning her about Lazaro, she makes deliberate efforts to dissuade her from tracking him down. A moment later, Lily calls Lazaro on phone to notify her of the situation, thinking that she had successfully fooled Diana.
In the meantime, Diana talks to James on phone and charges him to keep on with his investigation in order to figure out Lily’s connection to Lazaro.
At the rest house, Skull finds Hipolito staring at a photo of Lily and when he asks about it, he recounts his enmity with her and Lazaro. Skull secretly plans to get to know Hipolito’s enemies and use them to bring him down for good.
At Camp Crame, the officers dine together during lunch break, all the while deliberating on the problems the foreigners keep adding up in regards to illegal drugs. The press swarm President Hidalgo and they ask him about what’s going on between him and Lily. Oscar gladly announces that the jezebel is really special to him. He however refrains from going into details.
Diana and Delfin can’t seem to hide their surprise. At home, Grandma Flora, Alyana and the rest of the family watch the live broadcast on TV, expressing their approval. Hipolito gets pretty upset when he sees the news on TV about Lily and the president and he vows to make her pay for her treachery.
A moment later, Skull approaches Renato and offers to get rid of Lily and Lazaro.While the president dines with the jezebel at the Palace, Lazaro talks to Morales, a fellow crime lord on phone and he tries to convince him into scheming against Lily.
General Dela Cruz has the CIDG officers assembled and he notifies them of the suspect they have in custody in relation to the syndicate they have been investigating. As Lily hangs out with Oscar at the Palace, Lazaro meets up with Morales and he manages to brainwash him and talk him into blackmailing Lily for 300 million.
Hipolito gives Dante the go-ahead to attåçk Lazaro and Lily and the madman promises to deliver. Ironically, Lily confronts Lazaro and whines nonstop about how she wants Hipolito out of the way by the time she marries Oscar.
Back at the rest house, Skull spies on Hipolito, Jacob and the others and discovers that he’s being sent on a süçide mission to perish.Captain Marquez who is full of nothing but hot air and preposterous arrogance confronts the suspect in custody. He throws his weight around and makes miserable, pathetic attempts to make him confess.
President Hidalgo proves to be even dumber as he informs Delfin of his intention to marry Lily immediately. Delfin manages to convince him not to rush things with the jezebel. In the meantime, Morales calls Lily on phone and proceeds to blackmail her for 300 million to keep his silence.
Skull plays along with Hipolito’s game and swears to make him and the others pay. Diana is delighted to learn of how Delfin had been able to convince the president to hold off his plan to marry Lily; now she has more time to investigate her and find out who she really is.
Back in the interrogation room at Camp Crame, the suspect bluntly refuses to talk and as Marquez continues to harass him, Major Romero comes upon the scene and calls him to order. She then sits down the crook and also tries to make him cooperate in her way.
Still, the crook insists that he knows nothing. Ultimately, Cardo shows up with his team and the mere sight of him frightens the goon who confesses some details of the big transaction that would be taking place in Bisayas. Cardo grabs the suspect and threatens to bury him alive if he’s lying.
