Cardo & The Police Come Up With A Lead On Jacob’s Syndicate. President Hidalgo Announces Lily As His Girlfriend. Major Basco Scolds His Useless Men. Lazaro Sends Cedric After Diana.
The episode begins with Diana and Delfin taking their sweet time to enter the office. Once they do, they find Lily missing. They talk about the president’s newfound romance with the traitorous snake and Diana remains determined to confirm whether her suspicions of her are valid. Speaking of, Lily stands in one of the hallways and talks to Lazaro on phone about what she’s discovered.
Nagging Virgie tries in vain to reach her daughter on phone so she sends her son to go and check up on her on his way to work in order to ease her worries. Alyana refrains from answering her mother’s phone calls in order to avoid another one of their arguments and Grandma Flora counsels her on the matter.
Hipolito gives Jacob the complete list of the targets they would be going after. Skull shows up and begins to trade words with Jacob.Cardo orders his team to gather the available files on the Serrano syndicate in hopes of determining the current connections of Jacob.
While JP visits Flora’s house to see her sister and relay their mother’s worries, Lance and Chloe express their misgivings over Hipolito’s plans and Minx urges that they go along with it for now since Jacob had approved everything. The Agila girls gather some information on Jacob and they brief our favorite hero about it. Cardo declares that they need to find the guy as soon as possible.
A moment later while the girls are working, Billy, Vargas and Lando make deliberate efforts to hit on them and Domeng interrupts their game. President Dumb Hidalgo talks Delfin and Diana into attending a blasted dinner that would be taking place later in the evening. Apparently, he would be making an important announce there.
Lazaro calls Cedric on phone to give him a new order and plan in regards to how to handle Diana. Elmo, Yolly and Wally have another unfriendly encounter with the minions of Councilor Gina and Captain Bart. Skull taunts Jacob with his situation and blabbers about how he would k!ll Cardo the next time he encounters him. Jacob calls his bluff.
In the meantime, Cardo and his comrades deliberate on the lead they had gotten on Jacob and they look forward to bring the syndicate to justice. Cardo childishly receives food from Major Romero again and his buddies tease him with it. Preparations are made for the blasted dinner at the Palace and Oscar even gets Lily a bouquet of flowers.
JP learns of the trouble Gina and Bart have still been causing Grandma Flora and her family and he returns home and tells him mother about it. And what does Nagging Virgie do? What she does best – nag.Cardo returns home with Domeng who praises Major Romero’s food in Alyana’s presence, pissing off our favorite hero.
Captain Marquez and his equally miserable buddies are at it again with their usual bullshit. As they belittle and make mockery of Cardo, Major Basco shows up to scold them and put them in their place. During dinner at the Palace, Oscar announces Lily as his girlfriend and almost everyone shares in his joy and congratulates them.
Everyone but Diana and Elizabeth. Later, Oscar has a one-on-one hearty talk with the traitorous snake. Elizabeth reaches out to Diana to talk to her about her misgivings toward Lily and Diana charges her to keep it to herself, saying that she would do everything in her power to protect the president.
Cedric tails Diana the moment she leaves the Palace. Meanwhile, Lily calls Lazaro on phone to gloat about being announced as the president’s girlfriend. Lazaro then informs her of the order he had given to Cedric to take care of Diana.
