Carlos Returns To The Mansion & DV Group With Sinister, Ulterior Motives. Gabriel Has A Couple Of Unfriendly Encounters With Him. Roman Confronts The Witness In His Wife’s Death.
Olsen pesters Marilyn and makes several futile attempts to talk her into agreeing to take her home. When Simoen shows up to do same, Marilyn eventually resolves to go with Olsen since he had asked first. Carlos arrives at the Dela Vega mansion with Isabel and Steph and he treats Grandma Lydia with indifference as she receives him gladly and asks of his unannounced wedding.
Roman comes over and when he notes that TigerShark will still be under Gabriel’s supervision, Carlos, though dumbfounded for a moment, recovers and puts on a show that seems to amaze his newly wedded wife.
Gabriel and Bianca pay a visit to Chuchay and the others at the Olaveri Compound to catch up and talk business. Upon Gabriel’s return to the mansion, he meets Carlos’ presence and learns of his supposed acceptance to come back to TigerShark and work under him.
Carlos is delighted to receive a nominee for the Eight Most Successful Gentlemen of the year. However, he gets pretty upset to find out that Gabriel had also been nominated for the very same award. Roman congratulates both his sons and wishes them the best.
Steph expresses her misgivings of staying at the mansion and Isabel reprimands her and demands that she stop whining. Bianca shows concern for her and gets lashed out at by Isabel. Lydia bothers herself to cook some food for Isabel and she rejects it and has her take it away, saying that it stinks.
At the office, Simoen and Olsen compete yet again for Marilyn’s attention and she urges them to keep on with the fight and wishes for the best man to win. Following an exchange of opinions with Gabriel on a campaign being organized for TigerShark, Carlos shamelessly goes to see Bianca in her office to seek her approval for a budget.
Bianca questions him about what it’s for and he explains it and urges her to listen to his proposal. A moment later, they meet up at a restaurant somewhere to talk. Later, Carlos hangs out with his miserable real father at a bar and talks to him about his situation at the office. Rigor counsels him to find a way to discredit Gabriel to Roman.
Carlos lamely tries to make a worker there go home with him but the woman resists and pours a glass of drink on him. Upset, Carlos slaps him and whines about who he is and some bouncers come over to restore order. Bianca talks to her husband on phone and informs him about the seemingly good business proposal Carlos had made to her earlier.
Roman receives a phone call from a policeman who notifies him of the capture of (Emilio) the witness in his wife’s death. Lydia goes out of her way again to make Isabel some milk and she gets ingratitude in return.Carlos is detained at the police station for assaulting the female worker at the bar.
He calls home and when Lydia picks up, he desperately urges her to get some money to bail him out and keep his situation a secret from his wife because of her pregnancy. Bianca comes to know of this and agrees to help out. She goes with Lydia and her grandpa to the precinct and resolves to settle the victimized woman to have Carlos released.
In the meantime, Roman and some officers interrogate Emilio about Victoria’s death and he covers up Rigor’s involvement. Carlos thanks Bianca for her help and when Gabriel shows up, he begins to whine and pick a fight with him. The Viloria couple put him in his place and Ben reprimands him.
Roman isn’t pleased when Emilio is released since the police don’t have much to hold him on. He has a hunch that the guy definitely has something to do with the case and is probably connected to Rigor. The officer then promises to get someone to spy on him to find proof.
