“Too bad. You’re out of büllëts. But I am not.”
Romina consoled her daughter as she beat herself up for taking her dad for granted. Daniela then staked her claim on Robert’s remains, ranting her nonsense, even up till the wake the following morning. Meanwhile, Cassie was still sobbing, requesting to attend her dad’s funeral so she could be with him one last time.
Romina wailed over their situation, saying that none of this would have happened if she had just tried to forgive Robert and forget what he had done. Neil said she wouldn’t have been happy either way because what he had done to her wasn’t something that could be forgiven with a simple apology.
“You did nothing wrong,” Neil reaffirmed. “Robert’s mürdërér is the one who should be feeling guilty now. We’re all on your side. That mürdërér will answer for their crime. Karma’s coming for them.”
Romina went to the crematorium to ask of Robert’s funeral. A staff revealed that his family had made a last minute request to move him somewhere else. Meanwhile, Daniela was ranting some nonsense I didn’t pay attention to at the secret service for her dad. Daniela swore her family to secrecy concerning her dad’s final resting place.
After they left and she was still spouting some much more nonsense as she sobbed, psycho Eva came out of nowhere to add to the atmosphere’s toxicity. A flashback was shown of how she had escaped the mental hospital. Daniela then drummed into her mind that Robert had been k!lled by Romina.
Hector disposed of the evidence of Robert’s mürdër. He handed over the mürdër weapon to a goon to get rid of. Roxanne came out to ask why he had lit a fire, Hector claimed that he was just trying to ward off mosquitoes. Leon brought over some bounty hunters to help search for Alvin.
Romina thanked them and promised to double their reward if they found him sooner than later so she could get justice for Robert’s death. Arriving at camilla, Romina was jumped by psycho Eva, wielding a kñifë. She managed to fend her off as her bodyguard shot at her. Psyçhø Eva spouted some crazies and as Mina asked security to take her to the police, she escaped as Daniela and her bratty lapdog watched discreetly.
Bratty daughter was throwing her usual childish fits in school, blaming Cassie’s existence for her and her wretched family’s misery. Cassie put her in her place. As she tried to walk away, bratty daughter however grabbed her and a catfight ensued. The principal walked in on the scene and summoned them to her office.
Daniela found psycho Eva and offered to help her. She took her to Hector’s and asked for a place for her to stay at. Daniela then got a phone call from Maxwell’s principal. Once there, she started spouting some crap about her daughter being justified by ‘defending’ herself. Romina made mockery of her rotten parental skills as the principal reaffirmed that there was no place in Maxwell for that kind of attitude.
“So what now?”
“Marga will be suspended,” the principal announced.
“What? And Cassie goes scot-free?”
“It has been established that Marga started the fight.”
Danny girl threw a fit and stormed out with her daughter. The bounty hunters spotted Alvin but he soon escaped. Meanwhile, Hector received a text message from his brother, saying that people were after him. He called him up and asked of his location.
“Near Santiago street,” Alvin said. “Please hurry.”
“Just sit tight. I’ll bring backup along.”
In his attempt to get away, Alvin ran right into the bounty hunters who knocked him out cold. Meanwhile, Leon noticed some bloody shoe prints at Hector’s place, insinuating that Robert could have been k!lled there. Bernard took some photos and as he tried calling the police, Roxanne came to chase them off. Hector arrived at Santiago street with some goons.
After failing to reach his brother on phone, he spotted Romina, his brother in her and her men’s custody. After confronting Alvin about Robert’s death, Romina had a call from Leon. Romina told Leon of their catch and her intention to deliver Alvin to the police. On Hector’s orders, the goons started firing at Romina and the bounty hunters.
Alvin escaped and Mina gave chase and captured him. Hector came up to hold her at güñpøint, demanding for his brother’s release. Romina shoved him forward and as Hector was preoccupied with untying him, she charged at them. Alvin managed to grab the güñ. “Step aside. I’ll finish her for good.”
However, some guñshøts forced everyone to take cover as the shootout continued. The bounty hunters and the goons now out of the picture, Romina grabbed a güñ and returned fire. Hector called her out and goaded her into taking a shot at him. Romina fired. The güñ went click. Click. “Too bad,” Hector taunted. “You’re out of büllëts. But I am not.”
Alvin came over. “Hector, we have to go. The police are here.”
Hector knocked out Romina and had his brother carry her to the car. Bernard arrived at Santiago street to find the carnage that had been wrought and how Romina was missing. Meanwhile, psycho Eva was determined to find justice for her ‘poor Robert’. With Daniela’s help, that is. Alvin suggested that they get rid of Romina and move on with their lives but Hector said the cops would have no one else to blame but him.
“Are we going to keep her alive?”
“We’ll get rid of her eventually. We just have to think of a way to get your name out of this.”
Bernard informed Cassie that Alvin had taken her mother. Meanwhile, Hector asked his brother to tie up Romina so she didn’t get away. Cassie was worried about her mother and wanted to go in search of her. Bernard however asked her to let the adults handle it since they could be Hector’s next targets.
“I promise you I’ll bring your mom back.”
“You have to find my mom,” Cassie wailed. “I won’t be able to handle it if something bad happens to her too. Please save my mom, uncle Bernard.”
