Carlos Weds Isabel & His Problems Catch Up With Him. Roman Makes Gabriel The Head Of His Company. Carlos Cooks Up A Sinister Revenge Scheme.
Carlos thanks Isabel for coming back home with him and she warns him that it’s his last chance to prove himself to her. Gabriel soon shows up to inform Carlos about Roman’s health condition and how he wants him to come back to the mansion.
A moment later, Carlos talks to his despicable father about the matter and Rigor urges him to go back there and make it his mission to regain Roman’s trust so he could get a huge inheritance.
While Grandma Lydia reconciles with Mr. Dela Vega, Gabriel assures his wife that they would move out of the mansion into their own place to build their family once his father starts to get batter.
Carlos plans to make good use of the opportunity he’s been given to take back TigerShark and everything else in Gabriel’s possession. And of course with the undying support of his soon-to-be witch of a wife.
Gabriel and Bianca are dining with Roman and Lydia at home when Carlos makes a sudden appearance and begins to put on a show. He’s thrown off his guard when Roman declares that there’s no way in hell he would allow him to take over TigerShark again.
Jay Jay is delighted when he learns that Steph hadn’t left the country with her sister after all. In the meantime, Rigor coaches Carlos on how to deal with Roman’s treatment. Carlos lamely blabbers about how he would take everything away from Gabriel, even his wife.
Later, he’s unfortunate enough to run into the owner of the casino he owes 10 million. The guy threatens to finish him off if he doesn’t pay up soon. Upon arrival home, Isabel asks if there’s a problem and he covers it up and suggests that they get married. Isabel gladly agrees to have a civil wedding for now.
Roman meets up with some policemen to discuss the investigation into the death of Victoria and the connection between the missing Milton employee. Carlos and Isabel have their civil wedding with Rigor, Simeon and Steph as witnesses. They later have dinner together at a restaurant where Rigor embarrasses his son with his crude manners.
Carlos notices something off with Simeon and he compels him to spill the beans – Gabriel is now the head of TigerShark. The news ruins his mood and Isabel gets upset when Carlos begins whining. On their way back home, they get stopped by a gang of hoodlums who beat up Carlos pretty bad.
The boss (owner of the casino) also roughs him up and demands for his money. Isabel frantically pleads and promises to pay them and the scumbag throws in a couple of threats and gives them a deadline before leaving with his goons.
Bianca is surprised to learn of the sudden, unannounced wedding of Carlos and Isabel. Speaking of, Isabel has a checkup at the hospital and the doctor cautions that the baby might be affected if she’s always stressed physically or emotionally.
Upon arrival home, the newlyweds talk about how to solve their problems and when Isabel makes note of her house which she had pawned off, Carlos promises to pay her back once he regains ownership of TigerShark.
At DV Group, Roman calls for an executive meeting and announces Gabriel as the interim leader of the company while he’s away. During dinner at home with her sister and husband, Steph expresses her misgivings over Isabel’s lame decision to give up their house and stay at Carlos’ from now on.
Meanwhile, Gabriel is commended by his fellow coworkers for the position he had been given. He worries about being able to run the company well and Bianca assures him that he can do it.
