“I’ll ask my lawyer what can be done so Robert won’t have to go back to jail again. Cassie needs this. I know how much she løvês her father. And if something bad were to happen to him, Cassie will be heartbroken. I don’t want to cause her anymore pain.”
Cassie had a talk with her mom, worried about her dad’s safety once he was sent back to jail. She went on about how the idea of him suffering scared her after everything that had happened to him. Meanwhile, Hector questioned Daniela about the missing money. Danny girl played dumb and passed on the blame to Alvin, and Hector said he’d make them both pay if it happened again. He then brought up his daughter’s birthday party, and Danny girl was more than glad to help the organizers set it up.
“Hey, Alvin, don’t be sad if you’re not invited, okay?” Daniela mocked. “Don’t worry. We will save you. Some spring rolls.”
As Alvin stared in confusion, Hector laughed. Roxanne invited Marga and Cassie to her birthday party. During recess, Marga asked Mikoy where he was staying now. They started arguing in no time over their failed relationship as Kristoff looked on from a distance. Kristoff came over after Mikoy stormed off. “I saw what happened,” he began.
“And so?”
“There’s something you have to know about Mikoy. But I’ll show you after class.”
Cassie asked Roxanne that they discuss their report, and Roxy told her to do the work by herself and see it as her gift since it was her birthday. LJ and Fatima tried talking her into going to her party to discuss their report there. Hector thanked Daniela for organizing the party.
After she sneaked out of the place, Cassie came in with her friends a moment later to discuss the report with Roxy. She spotted Daniela outside as Hector and Roxy talked her into postponing the discussion until after she had eaten. Romina told her brother of her intention of dropping the case against Robert, and Neil asked if that was possible.
“I’ll ask my lawyer what can be done so Robert won’t have to go back to jail again,” Mina said.
“I thought you wanted justice for what happened to you. Have you forgiven Robert?”
“I haven’t, Neil. But Cassie needs this. I know how much she løvês her father. And if something bad were to happen to him, Cassie will be heartbroken. My daughter has been through a lot. I don’t want to cause her anymore pain.”
Kristoff showed Marga how Mikoy had been sleeping in the locker room for some time now in hopes of her patching things up with her family. “You’re all he has left. He’s all alone, and you’re making him feel worse.”
“I didn’t know about this,” Marga sobbed.
“Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t give up on the one who løvës you.”
Finding out that her daughter had gone to Roxanne’s birthday party, Romina called her up and ordered her to go home. Cassie made mention of having seen Daniela at the event. Romina later went to see Robert in his hospital room. Meanwhile at the restaurant, Hector sneaked into the security room and turned off the system. He then ‘spiced’ Cassie’s drink and manipulated her into taking it. Robert pleaded for Romina’s forgiveness, saying that she was the only woman he had ever løvëd, and that she meant the world to him.
“And you both had my heart and soul,” Romina sobbed. “That’s why I’m hurting so much. You betrayed me. And it cut me deep because I løvëd you so much. This is the hardest decision I will ever make – I will try to forgive you… because I don’t want Cassie to think that hatred is something to live by.”
Hector stalled Cassie from going home. The drug had started taking effect and as she was on her way to the washroom, she passed out and Hector carried her away. The useless bodyguards told Romina about her daughter’s disappearance. Overhearing, Robert sneaked out and escaped the hospital, disguised in a nurse’s uniform. Hector had taken Cassie to the storage room. After putting plans in place to have her transfered somewhere else, he walked out of the room, only for Roxanne to show up a second later.
Romina stormed the restaurant and confronted Hector with a kñifë to his throat, demanding for her daughter. As the great evil kept playing dumb, Roxy showed up with Cassie. Meanwhile, Robert borrowed a phone, called Bernard and asked about Cassie. Romina arrived home with Cassie, only to learn of Robert’s escape from the hospital.
Roxanne asked her dad if he had done something to Cassie since she had seen him walk out of the storage room where she had found her. Hector played dumb as someone spied.A body was found at a dumpsite. Carlos tried kicking Daniela out of the house, upset over the fact that she kept seeing Hector when she didn’t even have time for their kids. Marga pleaded for another chance for her mother.
Romina and Daniela were both called over to identify the body that had been found at the dumpsite. The officer explained that the victim was wearing a nurse’s uniform from the hospital Robert was last seen. Romina arrived at the dumpsite a moment before Daniela did. Danny girl started hailing accusations at Mina, and she returned the favor.
“There’s no doubt your soul reeks more than the whole mountain of trash,” Romina spat.
Daniela shoved Romina to the floor. “You’re the one who’s trash.”
Romina got up and retaliated. “That’s where you belong, Daniela.”
Alvin met up with his brother and asked if he knew anything about the body that had been found at the dumpsite, which the police suspected was Robert’s. Flashback : Hector noticed someone tailing him as he was headed to his place. He went inside a room where someone was poised and ready with a kñifë. Hector managed to stab the person with his own weapon. “Wrong move, Robert,” he hissed before following up with a güñshot.
Present : “Yeah,” Hector replied. “Cause I k!lled him. They’ll need a lab to identify him, cause I did a number on his face too.”
At the morgue, the doctor confirmed that the body was indeed Robert on account of the stab wound he had suffered in prison, adding that his fingerprints were a match as well. Romina and Daniela cried their hearts out. Cassie and Marga came to add to the mix of the heartbreaking ‘crying festival’.
