“I’ll never forgive you for what you did to us. You owe me your life now. I lost everything because of you, and now you’re going to have to help me get it all back. You’re part of this group now. If we get caught, you’re going down with us.”
Cassie recounted to Kristoff her near-death experience with her mom and how she was scared of leaving her because she still needed her. Kristoff suggested that she go back to school to help her forget the bad things, with the company of her friends. Meanwhile, Mikoy was basking in the care of his ‘beautiful and super caring girlfriend’. Marga tried calling her mother for their dinner plan but the line was unreachable.
Roxanne questioned her father about what had happened to Cassie, and Hector claimed that he was the saint of saints. Meanwhile, Daniela woke up to find herself tied and chained to a chair. She started yelling out for help, and Alvin came to rub it in her face. Swearing to pay her back for what she had done to him before, he started punching and kicking her. He soon had a phone call.
“Hello, Hector.”
“Where are you?”
“I’m preparing my surprise for you.”
“What surprise?”
“Help me!” Daniela yelled. “Help!”
The Mangubats argued over the matter as Alvin was hellbent on having his revenge.
“Where are you? Answer me, Alvin.”
Marga went shopping with Mikoy and insisted on buying a hat for him. She ran into her godmother at the mall and snubbed her when she questioned her about her association with Mikoy. Daniela goaded Alvin, eyeing and trying to provoke a reaction out of him. She went on about how he was an idïøt. “So go ahead. Hurt me. I’m not afraid of you.”
Hector stalked in. “But you’re afraid of me, right? I’ll never forgive you for what you did to us.”
“You couldn’t do that to me.”
Hector started undoing her restraints. “I may løvë you, but I also løvë my family. I’ll never forgive you for what you did to us.”
All her restraints now undone, Daniela tried talking him out of his evil intentions. “Daniela, I’m giving you ten seconds. If I catch you, believe me. I will k!ll you.”
Daniela ran off at the count of two. The Mangubats soon split up to give chase. Alvin caught up with her but Danny girl kneed him and escaped, only to run into Hector.
“Say your prayers,” Hector said, holding her at güñpøint.
Daniela started rambling a bunch of apologies and Hector fired off some shots. To the ground, ballistic with contained-rage. He then handed her a set of keys. “Wait for me in the car. I’m giving you one last chance.”
“Thank you.”
“Don’t thank me. I’m not doing this for nothing. You owe me your life now, so starting from now, you’re going to do everything I say.”
Fatima and LJ were glad to find Cassie back in school at the library. Together with Kristoff, they tried talking her into putting her missed projects on hold since the teachers already knew what had happened to her. Cassie snapped at them and demanded to be left alone. Pulling over outside the mansion, Hector cautioned Daniela not to betray his trust anymore, saying that he wouldn’t hesitate to k!ll her and her family no matter how much he loved her. “I’ll pick you up tonight. You’re going to work for me.”
“Doing what?”
“I lost everything because of you, and now you’re going to have to help me get it all back.”
At Camila, Romina told Leon that she was ready to come back. Leon offered to help her in putting the mastermind behind the ättaçk on herself, Cassie and Neil behind bars. Mina was certain that Hector had planned it all since Daniela had hired extra security as soon as he had gotten out of jail.
At Maxwell, the teacher announced that they would be having their family day next week. Cassie and Mikoy were downcast. A moment later, Cassie had a phone call from her dad, who suggested that they keep getting in touch. Cassie said it would be better if he got her mom’s permission first. Meanwhile, after skipping school, Marga blackmailed Mikoy into going to watch a movie with her.
Cassie ran into Hector on her way home, who claimed that he was innocent of the allegations against him and was even trying to repent. Arriving on the scene, Romina stalked over and got in his face. Roxanne came to add to the mix, spouting some first grade nonsense. Hector gave Daniela a package to deliver to a client. After taking a peek, Danny girl was appalled to be working as a drug runner, worried about being caught.
Hector told her not to tell on him if she wanted her family safe. Romina tried convincing her daughter into attending Maxwell’s family day. Cassie was reluctant. Meanwhile, Daniela found herself in an entrapment situation as she tried carrying out Hector’s orders. The officers offered to protect her and her family if she gave up her boss. Recalling Hector’s threats earlier, Danny girl stuck to her güñs and played dumb.
“Start talking, or your family will be mourning your death. Who gave you the drugs?”
Danny girl only sobbed as she was being held at güñpøint. Enter Hector, who came to commend her on her performance, revealing that the guys were his lackeys and not really cops. A war of words ensued.
“You’re part of this group now,” Hector said. “If we get caught, you’re going down with us.”
On Hector’s orders, Daniela managed to talk a client into making a deal with them, promising a double and faster delivery. Meanwhile, Carlos caught his daughter drinking in her room. Their argument dragged on all the way to the stairs. Bratty daughter kept throwing a fit, which eventually sent her tumbling down the stairs, rendered unconscious.
Daniela was appalled with the ‘peanuts’ pay Hector gave her for the day. At the hospital, Carlos questioned Daniela of her whereabouts. Danny girl said she had been working. Carlos asked the kind of work but she evaded the question. And then some. Daniela told Savannah about how Hector had gotten her involved in his illegal operations. Savvy was appalled.
“He knows too much,” Danny girl said. “I know he løvës me, and I can still use that. I’m just waiting for the perfect opportunity. By sticking with him, I can assure our safety.”
