Bianca Becomes Miserable With Gabriel’s Departure. Rigor Blackmails Natalia To Mislead Roman. Carlos Picks A Fight With Percy. Roman’s Suspicions Of Carlos & Rigor Persists.
Bianca shows up at the Viloria residence to ask of Grandma Lydia, only to learn that she’s already left in the company of Olsen to see her grandson off at the airport. At said airport, Lydia counsels Gabriel and Alex and urges the former to take good care of her grandson.
She then has a dramatic and quite emotional farewell with Gabriel before he proceeds to the airport terminal with Alex. Bianca is at home with her family, pouring out her heart to them about why she had tried to see Gabriel before he left.
Upon arrival at the airport in Malaysia, it is discovered that Alex’s luggage had gotten mixed up in another flight bound for New York so Gabriel decides to give her some of the spare shirts and shorts he had brought. Bianca makes an attempt to send Gabriel a text message confessing her true feelings and how she can’t live without him. However, she eventually refrains from sending the message and Marilyn consoles her in her miserable state.
Gabriel arrives with Alex at the hotel they had been booked in and there happens to be another mix-up; with the entire unit booked and Alex’s name not in the records, Gabriel resolves to let her stay with him in his room. Isabel notifies Mr. Dela Vega about Gabriel and Alex’s trip to Malaysia for training and when Carlos begins to jeer, Roman gives him a reality check.
Grandma Lydia scolds his miserable son when he pays her an impromptu visit at home. Rigor brings up Gabriel’s trip abroad and whines about how his mother has only been proud of him and Lydia gives him a talking-to and laments over how difficult it is for her to keep the truth of his real identity a secret from him.
At the Embassy, Alex finds out that her mother had been released from prison three months ago and as she begins to worry about where she could be, Gabriel tries to calm her down. Meanwhile, Rigor calls Natalia on phone and threatens to hunt her down and k!ll her if she doesn’t stay away from Carlos.
Gabriel strives to cheer up Alex and give her reassurance, with the promise that they would search for her mother together when they don’t have any training. In the meantime, Natalia visits Roman in his office to recant all the things she had said to him before. She claims that she had just wanted to extort money from Carlos.
When Roman asks if Carlos is his real, Natalia claims so and blabbers some more crap to make him believe her. Later, she gets confronted by Rigor on her way home and tells him that she had already done what he had asked of her. Natalia then begins berating the scoundrel and questioning him about where her sister’s real son is.
Of course Rigor doesn’t say squat and even threatens Natalia her more. While Alex and Gabriel begin the search for the former’s mother, Bianca meets up with Sir Percy and explains to him why she can’t afford to leave Manila any longer to go and work in Davao. Percy assures her that he understands, even as she apologizes for the trouble.
Alex and Gabriel are shocked to learn that some man had come to fetch Filomena Torres (Alex’s mother) on the day she had been released. At the restaurant in Manila, Carlos and Isabel show up and begin to pick a fight with Percy and Bianca respectively.
Carlos punches Percy in the mouth after he gets in his face and Bianca lashes out at him and chases him off. Later, Carlos makes a pathetic attempt to apologize to Bianca but she treats him with indifference and puts him in his place. Percy comes upon the scene and his attempt to drive the scoundrel away backfires.
As Carlos roughs him up, the disturbance brings in some GPI guards who come to their boss’ defense. Mrs. Maricad happens to witness everything. Later that night, Carlos meets up with Rigor to whine to him about how another guy has gotten in his way after Gabriel had left.
When Rigor offers to get rid of him (Percy), Carlos objects to it for fear that Bianca would blame him again. Meanwhile, Roman has a talk with Mr. Reyes about Carlos’ evident involvement in everything that has happened with Rigor, Maila, Victoria and Gabriel. He then begins to wonder about Carlos’ connection to Rigor.
