Tension Erupts Between Janine & Yvonne. Sandra Frustrates Dale’s Investigation. Yvonne Reconciles With Victor & Refuses To Give Him Back To Janine; Janine Desperately Tries To Win Back Her Husband.
Sonia and Carmen hope for their children to get back together in spite of everything that had happened. They consider guiding them in the new chapter of their lives instead of forcing them together.
Following her reunion with her former friend Phoebe Salas, Janine deliberately sets up a business deal with Victor and herself with the ulterior motive of getting closer to him, much to Yvonne’s displeasure. Marcus acts out when he figures what’s really going on with his parents.
Yvonne’s coworkers gossip about Albert’s break from work for some personal time with Miss Daisy and that seems to have an effect on her. Victor surprises Yvonne at her workplace. When Doris laments over the false alarm that is her pregnancy, Gary comes clean to her about his infertility.
During the Christmas holiday celebrations, snippets of past memories begin to seep into Victor’s consciousness.Albert returns from the holidays with some gifts for Yvonne and Victor begins to get weary of their friendship and apparent closeness.
Janine catches up with Phoebe and when asked of her husband, she cooks up a pathetic cover-up story to save face. Spending the holidays with Victor begins to take a toll on Yvonne. Marlon begins to make advances at Mimi. Dale receives an update on the search for Janine in Manila.
Janine looks forward to accompany her husband on his scheduled therapy sessions but Yvonne beats her to the chase; seeing Victor together with his ex-wife tears her up and Carla cautions her of the probable implications. Dale receives word about Janine’s daughter and marriage. Yvonne begins to warm up to Victor.
Sandra tries to blackmail the private investigator into feeding her son (Dale) with false information so he would stop chasing after Janine.Yvonne eventually gives into Victor and sleeps with him; she feels guilty about the incident and her friends urge her to take back what was stolen from her.
Janine regains hope of her husband’s recovery. Victor gets lovesome with Yvonne and that leads to another altercation between Yvonne and Janine; the latter vows to fight back if the former tries to steal her husband from her.
On this account, Yvonne taunts Janine with the situation and how the tables have turned. While Victor basks in the joy of reconciling with his “wife”, Janine continues throwing herself at him on several occasions. Dale’s attempt to track down Janine gets frustrated.
Suspecting that Yvonne is hiding something from her, Janine remains determined to make sure that nothing would stand in the way of her reunion with her husband – she would do anything to win him back and regain his love.
Tension erupts between Yvonne and Janine and when the former refuses to give up Victor again, an altercation ensues that leads to a ridiculous fight for the ages. Both women get scolded by Sonia for literally fighting over one man.
In spite of his mother’s misgivings, Dale intends to find Janine by using her aunt Vida. Albert learns of what went down in the office in his absence with Yvonne in regards to his time away with Daisy his cousin.
On this note, he reaches out to Yvonne to clarify matters regarding who Daisy really is. Painstakingly, Yvonne reveals her reconciliation with Victor and apologizes for giving him false hope.
Desperate to take her husband back, Janine makes deliberate attempts to seduce him. However, her plans fail miserably and after the rejection takes a toll on her literally, Victor rushes her to the hospital, only to be told that he’s the father of the child she’s carrying.
