Gabriel & The Agbayanis Figure Out Rigor’s Motive For Crippling Maila; Maila Reaches Out To Roman. Emilio Blackmails Carlos; Carlos Sends Rigor After Him. Roman Has Carlos & Rigor Investigated.
Grandma Lydia pays a visit to her son at his new apartment and asks him why he’s been talking to Carlos. In the meantime, Gabriel tells Bianca about how Mr. Dela Vega had reacted to the information he had given him earlier about Carlos. He says Carlos is really a lucky man since he has the support of both fathers, being Roman and Rigor.
Maila overhears this and she’s shocked. When she asks about it, Gabriel recounts his suspicions of Rigor and Carlos conspiring against him. Speaking of, Rigor makes a pathetic attempt to evade his mother’s questions.
When Lydia presses for answers, he feeds her that same crap about the supposed promise he had made to Victoria to take care of her son.Roman isn’t the least bit happy to learn of Carlos’ constant absence at TigerShark for the past few days.
Isabelle makes it a point to point out how Carlos has been distracted lately and neglecting his duties. Lydia returns home to tell her grandson about the lies Rigor had fed her with.
Maila takes a look at some photos of herself and Victoria and she reflects on some past memories. She wonders about how to proceed with her case and Bianca joins her and speculates that Vicky might have told Carlos about her assault since they were really close.
Maila is inclined to believe that it might be the reason why Carlos has been meeting up with Rigor. At home, Roman confronts Carlos about Gabriel’s accusations and when he plays dumb and denies it, he threatens to deal with him if he finds out that he’s been lying to him.
Gabriel has now joined Maila and Bianca at home and they discuss about the possible connection between Victoria, Rigor and her injury. It’s speculated that Vicky might have asked Rigor to cripple Maila so she could take her place in the SEA games.
With everything that has happened, Gabriel is inclined to believe that it could be true and when he figures that both Rigor and Carlos have been conspiring against them, he urges that they find the witnesses to their cases as soon as possible.
Emilio føølishly calls Carlos on phone to blackmail him for money. Though he denies that he has Victoria’s phone, Carlos suspects so and he soon meets up with Rigor to send him after the greedy crook.
In no time, Rigor begins to spy on him, just as Gabriel starts searching him out. Maila reaches out to Mr. Dela Vega to thank him for the lawyer he had provided for her case. She then tells him of the suspected motive behind the ättaçk carried out on her by Rigor.
Roman is skeptical to believe so and when he asks for evidence, Maila says she doesn’t have any at the moment. She then brings up how Carlos has been meeting up with Rigor. In the meantime, Gabriel confronts Emilio and makes a futile attempt to find out the person who had paid him to testify against him. Rigor spies.
While Maila recounts her meeting with Mr. Dela Vega earlier to her daughter, Roman calls both Carlos and Rigor into his office and begins to interrogate the latter about the help he has been giving Carlos.
When Rigor continues to play dumb and denies having any hidden secret with Victoria, Roman pulls a güñ on him, much to Carlos’ disbelief. Rigor insists that he has nothing to say and Carlos manages to diffuse the situation and send him on his way.
An altercation ensues between father and son and Carlos makes deliberate efforts to calm down Roman and convince him to let go of the matter. Having no shame, Rigor storms the Viloria residence to confront Gabriel about the things he had said to Roman.
Coach Ambet and the other guys come to his defense and Grandma Lydia joins them. Rigor points a threatening finger at them before leaving. Meanwhile, Roman orders his private investigator to keep an eye on Carlos since he suspects that he’s still meeting with Rigor.
So Rigor and Carlos meet up again to talk about how to handle the suspicions against them.Roman’s PI spies. Emilio has Victoria’s phone repaired and he’s shocked to find a confession video Vicky had made.
In an interesting turn of events, Gabriel receives a surprise visit from Derek who has come bearing good news – his boss has reconsidered his decision and wants him as a member of Lakas Energy Drink.
Gabriel shows his appreciation and after making known his wedding plans with Bianca, he states that he wants to focus on making his business flourish. Derek congratulates him and tells him to just come to them when he’s ready.
In the meantime, Roman receives a phone call from his PI who confirms his suspicions of Carlos and Rigor’s connivance. Roman then charges the investigator to keep spying on them so he would know why they’ve been meeting up.
