Gabriel Is Acquitted of Victoria’s Mürdër. Carlos & Rigor Continue To Scheme Against Gabriel. Roman Strives To Find Victoria’s Phone; Rigor Retrieves It & Abducts Maila To Silence Her.
Carlos takes great pleasure with paying Gabriel a visit in jail and mocking him with his situation. Bianca manages to post bail as the investigation continues; Gabriel figures that his bag had been planted at Milton Hotel, and that his misëräble father is working with Carlos.
Nevertheless, he vows not to back down. Once he confronts Rigor about it, the scoundrel blows a fuse and plays dumb. Isabel confronts Carlos about Gabriel’s imprisonment as she suspects that he was the one who had framed him.
As expected, Carlos denies it. Upset with Gabriel’s release, Carlos connives with Rigor again to send him back to jail. Grandma Lydia happens to overhear her grandson discussing his case with his loved ones and upon Rigor’s return home, she confronts him about his involvement in Gabriel’s arrest, giving him an ultimatum.
The trial finally begins and the planted bag is presented in court as evidence.Gabriel gets vindicated with a witness testimony in his favor, frustrating Carlos’ schemes. Due to the lack of evidence and motive, the court absolves Gabriel of Victoria’s mürdër.
Carlos later meets up with Rigor to talk to him about his suspicions of Roman’s involvement in Victoria’s dëäth. Gabriel catches them together and confronts them, amazed with Carlos’ desperation to take him down. Though they deny it and try to cover-up what they’ve been up to, he sees right through them and vows to fight for the truth.
In no time, Gabriel pinpoints Carlos to the police as a new suspect in Victoria’s death and the scoundrel is exasperated to be invited to the police station for questioning. Roman assures his son that he has nothing to worry about because the car of interest has already been disposed. With curiosity getting the better of him, Carlos asks Roman about the person who had driven the car to Milton Hotel.
Gabriel passes his thesis and finally graduates from college, much to the delight of his family and loved ones.Carlos gets wind of his father’s interest in finding Victoria’s missing phone; he notifies Rigor and they plan to find the phone first in order to save their own skin.
Lydia witnesses another meeting between Rigor and Carlos and she notifies Gabriel about it; Gabriel in turn relays the information to Roman who angrily confronts his son. Maila receives a text message from Victoria’s phone and it makes Roman all the more desperate to find out where it is so he could figure out what his late wife and Rigor had been keeping from him.
As fate will have it, Emilio O’campo, the possessor of Victoria’s phone, discovers a confession video Vicky had made before her death and he decides to blackmail Carlos for money. Having figured out the possible motive for the ättaçk Maila had suffered years ago, Bianca is inclined to believe that Carlos knows something about it.
Maila reaches out to Roman who soon confronts Rigor and even pulls a güñ on him. Roman gets exasperated with Carlos’ low priority of TigerShark and suspecting that he’s still keeping something from him, he sends his investigator to spy on him as he meets up with Rigor again.
Gabriel confronts Emilio the bogus witness in possession of Victoria’s phone, just as Rigor bids his time to eliminate him for good. Emilio pays a surprise visit to Carlos at his office and after a couple of foolish displays of blackmail, Rigor deals with him and retrieves the phone.
As he sends Victoria’s phone to Carlos, Maila gets wind of this and confronts him. Desperate to cover their tracks, Rigor connives with Carlos to āssäult Maila and capture her. Meanwhile, Bianca files a missing person’s report at the police station following her mother’s disappearance.
