“When do you plan on telling me that Hector’s your cousin? Explain what?! How you and Hector made me look like a føøl?! You lied about your family. And now Hector? What else are you two planning? Why are you doing this to me?! I will press charges against you. And I will make sure that you rot in jail!”
Romina took the spoon from Rosita, exchanged a few words with Daniela and went her way. Danny girl argued with and threatened Rosita. A moment later, she had a call from Hector, telling her about how he had paid Rosita to give Romina a fake sample. Meanwhile, Romina took the DNA sample to the clinic for testing. Daniela was dreaming of getting Camila back before Romina found out the truth about Cassie’s paternity.
Savannah asked how she was going to do that when she was already down and out. Danny girl said she would sell her soul to the devil and use Hector to make it a reality. The Mean Squad mocked Marga with the loss of her modeling work/attachment. Mini-Daniela started bïtçhiñg about Cassie’s attachment in Camilla, spouting her usual ‘Mondragon’ crap about how she was the one who deserved it.
The teacher told her that that would only be possible if it was approved by Camila Sardines. The queen of brattiness and all things rotten barged into Romina’s office and demanded that she give her approval for her attachment. Romina refused to, saying that Cassie was doing hers in the company and she didn’t want any trouble. The whiny little brat threw a tantrum, saying that she would tell her despicable mommy about it.
Savannah assisted Daniela in wearing another fake pregnant belly. Bratty daughter came to complain about her attachment. The next morning, despicable mother confronted Romina and argued over the matter. Mina said that unless she and her bratty daughter learned to be humble, they could never stay in the same place at the same time. Bernard rushed in and handed Romina a document.
The DNA test result. And yeah, it was negative. Danny girl started spouting a mouthful of crap and Mina gave her a piece of her mind. Romina was relieved that her doubts about Robert had been proven wrong.As Bonita asked her to move on from the case, Neil tried his best to convince her to get back together with the dirtiest Assmonkey.
Cassie and Paco argued over their parents’ relationship. Roxanne came over, and Cassie was shocked to learn that they were cousins. Roxy started bïtçhiñg enough to send her on her way. Meanwhile, Romina was exasperated that Leon wouldn’t leave her alone. “I promise I’ll stop,” Leon said. “But you need to know the truth first.”
Romina sighed. “What is it this time, Leon?” A moment later, Mina had a phone call. “Hello, Cassie.”
“Hello, ma. I found something out about Mr. Leon.”
Romina turned to glance at Leon. “What is it?”
“Mr. Hector is his cousin. This isn’t a coincidence. Ma. They might have something planned against you.”
Romina looked torn and devastated. She asked Leon to get her some water, taking the distraction to grab her güñ. She whirled around and held him at güñpøint. “When do you plan on telling me that Hector’s your cousin?
“Romina, I can explain.”
“Explain what?! How you and Hector made me look like a føøl?! You lied about your family: Paco. And now Hector?! Who are you, exactly? What else are you two planning?”
“I’m not your enemy. It’s Hector. He set us up to meet.”
“Then that means… everything else was a lie? You never had feelings for me?”
“That’s not a lie. It’s true. I løvë you.”
Romina lowered her güñ. Suddenly, she stroke Leon with the butt of the güñ. “You liar! Was it you? Were you the one sending me evidence about my räpë case? Did you do that so I will doubt Robert?”
Camp Romina dashed into the office. “Romina, put that thing down,” Neil coaxed.
“Tell me!” Mina yelled, her güñ still trained on Leon. “Why are you doing this to me?!”
“Romina, what’s happening?” Bonita asked.
“Call the police. I’ll have him arrested.
Standing by the roadside, Cassie started panting as she noticed Hector pulling over nearby. She hurried into a cab and it drove away before he could catch up. The police now had their hands on Leon back in Romina’s office. Leon asked for a chance to explain. “I will press charges against you,” Mina declared. “And I will make sure that you rot in jail!” To the officers, she merely said, “Investigate this man. I have reason to believe he knows something about my räpë care.”
“I’m ready to pay for my wrongdoings. But I swear, I have nothing to do with your räpë case.”
“What makes you think I’ll believe you?”
“Hector knows everything about your case. He’s a dangerous man. I can’t go to jail.”
“Take him away,” Romina said to the officers. “Get out of here!” she yelled at Leon.
They ran into Paco on their way out, who made a fuss and asked that they let his dad go. Leon told his son to go home. Paco glanced at Romina and followed as the officers escorted Leon into a car and drove off. He then confronted Romina and asked why she had had his dad arrested. Mina evaded the question and asked him to go home.
A moment later, Paco called his uncle and asked for his help. Daniela consulted with her attorney on how she could regain control of Camila. The attorney told her that they had to find proof that Robert wasn’t in the right state of mind when he made his final will and use that to contest Cassie’s inheritance.
Suddenly, Romina stormed in and greeted Daniela with a släp, trading words with her over Hector and Leon’s plan, certain that she knew something about it. Romina later paid Leon a mockery visit in jail. Leon asked that she hear him out, but Mina was bullheaded. Meanwhile, Hector was coming over with a lawyer when he noticed them talking, and he listened in. Leon told Romina that Hector had planned everything in order to bring Daniela down, and he had done all that to be with his son.
“What makes you think I’ll believe you?” Mina shot back. “Hector should be where you are too.”
“Be on the lookout,” Leon said. “Hector might come after you next.”
Looking on, Hector made a phone call. “I’ve got a new job for you.”
Jepoy told Cassie about last night’s incident with Leon and how he felt sorry for Paco. A moment later as Cassie was on her way to meet her supervisor, a woman suddenly passed out right in front of her. As Cassie fussed and called out for help, an unidentified man came behind and grabbed her by the hand. Neil wailed over Romina’s change of mind in allowing Marga to have her attachment in Camila.
Mina was dreaming of changing her for good. Yeah. Good luck with that. Marga came over to grace the office with her usual glorified insolence and brattiness. Romina then had a phone call. “Hello.”
“Do you know where your daughter is?” Snakeface asked on the other line.
“Who is this?”
“You better be careful.”
The line went dead. Romina called back but it went straight to voicemail. Daniela confronted Hector over him and Leon being cousins. Meanwhile, Romina frantically searched for her daughter and eventually found her. A phone call came in. “Hello.”
“How’s your daughter? Tell her I didn’t mean her harm. But she should watch out. You know how dangerous the world is.”
Felix brought Paco to see his dad in jail. Leon told him to take his son out of town, and Paco asked why they had to leave. Leon told him that his uncle Hector was a dangerous man. Confused, Paco rambled on a bunch of questions and Leon signaled Felix to take him away. Snakeface told his boss that Romina was outside looking for him.
As soon as Hector went out, Romina greeted him with a stinging slap, certain that he was the one behind the threats on her daughter’s safety. A battle of words ensued and Romina mocked him with the secret she knew. As Daniela listened in discreetly, Romina merely said,
“Does Daniela have any idea what you did to win her over?”
Daniela came over and asked what they were talking about, and Romina rubbed it in her face, telling her about how Hector had connived with Leon to bring her down. Danny girl was shattered. After Romina left, she gave Hector a slap on both cheeks as he tried to explain. “I lost everything because of you. Get out of my face! Get out of my life! Don’t show yourself to me ever again!”
Felix had packed up to skip town, but Paco, was bullheaded on not going anywhere until someone told him what was going on. Daniela recalled the things she had lost on account of Hector’s ingenious ploy. And wouldn’t you just know it? A cockroach flew onto her shoulder and she shrugged it off, baptizing the poor thing with insecticide.
“Die already!” she wailed.
Somewhere at a restaurant, Daniela added an extra spicy ingredient to a cup of coffee. Hector joined her at the table a moment later, promising to get Camila back for her. “You k!lled my baby,” Danny girl thought to herself. “I won’t let you ruin my life again,” she added, glancing at the cup before Hector.
The board wasn’t happy with Romina’s decision to remove Leon from the board, reminding her that he had played a major part in the company’s survival. Mina said she couldn’t trust him anymore and could run Camila alone. Back at the restaurant, Hector apologized for what he had done. Daniela watched as he picked up the cup of coffee and rambled on. “You know I løvë you like my daughter. I mean every word I just said.”
Daniela slapped the cup of coffee out of his hand, breaking and spilling it in the process. She revealed that it had poison in it. Hector was pissed off that she had tried to poison him. Their war of words dragged on and Danny girl said she could stand on her own and didn’t need someone like him. Romina had a phone call from Bernard, telling her about how Daniela was now contesting Robert’s last will. A moment later, she crashed Daniela and Hector’s argument at the Bartolome house, vowing that she would never stop until she knew exactly what had happened to her ‘that night’.
Romina dropped the charges against Leon. Refusing to listen to anymore of his explanation, she told him that he had no choice but to do as she said since he owed her his freedom. “Find out what Hector and Daniela are planning against me. Obviously, they’re hiding something.”
“I just don’t know if Hector can still trust me,” Leon said.
“You had me føøled, remember? I’m sure you can trick your own cousin just as easily. Go back to Hector, and pretend you want to seek revenge against me. You will earn back his trust and Daniela’s. You will be my eyes and ears. Find out exactly what they’re hiding and planning against me.”
Paco was glad to reunite with his father. Leon evaded his flurry of questions as Felix told him that he had been released because miss beautiful had redrawn the charges. A moment later, Snakeface told his boss about Leon being released. Camp Romina wasn’t confident in Romina’s decision to release Leon since he wasn’t trustworthy. Mina was willing to take the risk to find out what Daniela was planning. Bernard assured her that Danny girl wouldn’t be able to do anything about the will since Robert was the only one who could alter it.
Hector confronted Leon for telling Romina everything. A battle of words ensued. He asked who had helped him get out and Leon said Paco had begged Romina to redraw the charges, and he had come back to side with him. Meanwhile, Daniela was beside herself, recalling how Hector had taunted her earlier with Robert’s secret. “Why does it have to be this way, dad? He k!lled my baby, but I can’t do anything to him because of you. No!!”
