“Your baby’s gonna pop out of you looking deformed like the wack dog you are!”
Daniela tried talking Carlos into rescheduling the appointment with the doctor. When that didn’t work, she asked him to go ahead while she went to use the washroom. She later called Savvy and asked for her help. Not wanting to upset her husband, Savvy suggested that she ask Hector for help if she was that desperate. Hector didn’t answer her calls though. Romina was very upset with Leon for keeping his son a secret from her. She broke up with him on account of his lack of trust.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Daniela set off a fire alarm so the doctor didn’t get a chance of meeting her.Leon scolded his son for the stunt he had pulled off at the mansion. He was glad that his relationship with Romina was over since he didn’t want to add to her troubles. Hector came to visit, not the least bit happy about it. He threatened to take his son away if he didn’t get back together with Romina. A customer grumbled and bitçhëd nonstop about Marga’s service.
As she noticed the manager approaching, she recalled Mikoy’s advice and quickly offered to upgrade her order and pay for it as well. Jenna entered the restaurant a moment later and blackmailed her into serving her some food. Ironically, Marga served her leftovers and gloated as she watched her eating.Cassie consoled her mother over her breakup with Leon. Romina wondered if Robert had also hidden something from them as well.
Kulas went through Jude’s things and found a small notebook where the late officer had scribbled down some infos all connecting to Robert. The miserable swine vowed to make sure Romina didn’t find whatever she was looking for. Hector visited his brother at his penthouse and found him lounging. Alvin asked about Leon and he told him that he had him on a leash, adding that he would get rid of Paco if Leon refused to go through with his plan.
“So you’d seriously abuse a teenager to win over Daniela?” Alvin asked.
“When it comes to my plans, family takes a back seat. You got that?”
Romina was desperate to know whether Robert had something to do with what happened to her. She wanted to prove to herself that she had made the right decision. “I want to prove that Robert was different from all the other men in my life.”
“I know how difficult this must be for you,” Neil said. “But please, prioritize yourself this time.”
Cassie told Kristoff about her mom breaking up with Leon because he had kept his son a secret from them. She called Leon and asked him to give her mom some space to decide what she wanted to do with their relationship. Savannah assisted Daniela in wearing a new fake pregnant belly. Danny girl revealed that she had avoided an ultrasound with the doctor by setting off a fire alarm.
“Did Hector help?” Savvy asked.
“No. I did it on my own.”
“But we’ll need to buy a new one in a few months.”
“The problems are piling up for me and Carlos. This baby is the only thing that’s keeping us together. If he finds out, that will be the end of us.”
Paco tried to bribe a guard with some food so he could be allowed into the school. Some kids stole the vendor’s money, and Paco retrieved it for him. Cassie, who had watched the whole show asked what he was doing there. Romina asked Gino whether he knew anything about Jude’s investigation into her case back then. Gino said he hadn’t told him much but remembered him investigating the Mangubat brothers.
“They had several encounters.”
“Did he say why?” Mina asked.
“He didn’t. But before Jude died, he was investigating those two.”
Daniela had her usual nonsensical argument with her landlady. Hector came over to restore order, and when Danny girl wouldn’t listen to reason, he reminded her that she was supposed to be pregnant.
“If something happens to my baby, I will make you pay!” Danny girl hissed.
“Oh, please,” Rosita shot back. “Your baby’s gonna pop out of you looking deformed like the wack dog you are!”
While Paco argued with Cassie over their parents’ relationship, some guys blindsided and beat the hell out of him. Cassie ran in and came back with the security guard, eventually scaring them away. Jepoy came to help him up. Hector told Daniela to be careful of her actions lest people notice that she was faking her pregnancy. Danny girl ranted on. Hector offered to have her live with him instead but she strongly refused. He then gave her a lunchbox full of cash but Daniela rejected that as well. Rosita noticed the money and stared greedily. Romina asked Roxanne about Jude and she told her about Jude’s last visit where he had argued with her dad.
“Why was Jude here?” Romina asked.
“He told me he needed something from my dad…a cufflink. It was small and shiny.”
“Why did he want the cufflink?”
“I don’t know.”
Romina had a call just then. “Hello.”
“Hello, ma. We have an emergency. Can you come home now?”
“Okay.” Mina gave Roxy her card, telling her to call her if she remembered anything else.
Rosita narrated to her family what she had witnessed earlier. Meanwhile, Myrna tried to talk her husband into allowing her to tag along in his search for Jessa. Cassie and Jepoy told Romina about the incident earlier. Refusing to go to the hospital, Paco asked them not to tell his father about it. Romina asked Cassie and Jepoy to get her an icepack so she could tend to the boy’s wounds. Mina then called Leon and asked him to come over.
Mikoy told Kristoff about Marga’s recent busy schedule. Kristoff gave him her agent’s number and he called and asked of Marga’s schedule, only to learn that she wasn’t working there anymore. Jenna brought her entourage to the restaurant to order some food at Marga’s expense. The manager came over to ask whether she was tired. Marga said she was fine.
“You look pale. Since you’re done with the first shift, skip the next one. Just get some rest”
“But sir…”
“Listen to me. Restaurant’s operations will be crippled if we lose waitresses like you.”
“Okay. Thank you, sir.”
Romina treated Paco to some pumpkin soup and offered to cook for him anything he wanted. Paco joked, asking whether the mansion was a restaurant. His mood turned sour as soon as his father stepped into the room. Leon thanked Romina for her help despite their differences, and so did Paco. Jenna and her entourage were itching for some ice cream after their meal. The manager came over and asked if they needed anything else. Jenna asked for Marga and he told her that her shift had already ended.
“But she’s supposed to pay for everything we ate,” Jenna grumbled.
“Marga didn’t mention anything about that. If you’re done, we’ll bring you the bill.”
“We’re not going to pay for it. Tell Marga to pay. We’re leaving.”
“Hold on, ma’am.” The manager called over a guard.
Marga arrived home to find Mikoy waiting for her. He asked whether she was home late again because she was working. “Yes. Can’t you see? I’m exhausted, so please stop talking so I can get some rest.”
“I know you don’t work for the agency anymore. Your job isn’t modeling, is it?”
Back at the restaurant, the manager told Jenna and her entourage that they would have to wash the dishes until closing time to settle their bill. “The guard will keep an eye on you. You ate a lot of expensive food, so you need to wash a lot of dishes too.”
Jenna was in disbelief. “This isn’t fair.”
Back at Navotas, Mikoy asked Marga why she hadn’t told him the truth. Marga sighed, saying that she was tired. She started walking away, only to fall unconscious suddenly. Mikoy called out Carlos who rushed over with Nanny Esther and Daniela in tow. Carlos asked Mikoy to get a taxi. The episode ended as he carried his daughter along.
