“Roman Gets Rid Of Incriminating Evidence. Maila Pursues Her Case Against Rigor. Gabriel Receives Divine Assistance For His Grandma’s Operation. Carlos Connives With Rigor To Frame Gabriel For Victoria’s Murder”.
Roman clears his name of all suspicions pertaining to the death of his wife. In an interesting turn of events, it is revealed that Victoria had left Gabriel a huge sum of money as an atonement for her shortcomings toward him; Gabriel plans to use the money to finally graduate and start up a business for himself and his loved ones.
Isabel engages Bianca in another confrontation. Rigor feeds Carlos the information, quite perplexed with why good old Vicky had done such a generous deed. Carlos couldn’t care any less, though super pissed off with it all.
Roman’s enmity towards Gabriel intensifies as he makes a solemn vow to ensure that he doesn’t get even a single cent of the one million pesos Victoria had left him. Carlos couldn’t agree more and teams up with his father to frustrate Gabriel.
Following the grievances against the money he had been left, Gabriel resolves to give in and refocus his attention on the investigation into Victoria’s death. Rigor throws a fit after Gabriel declined the one million pesos.
He confronts Gabriel about the matter and gets double for his trouble. Grandma Lydia ends up as collateral damage and with her life hanging in the balance, Rigor desperately reaches out to Carlos for help while Gabriel resolves to figure out a way to get his grandma treated.
Carlos connives with Roman to frame up Gabriel by pinning Victoria’s mürdër on him. After finally taking on Derek’s offer to join his team, Gabriel becomes desperate to get the money for his grandma’s operation and when he reaches out to Roman, he charges him to drop the investigation, and only then would he release the one million inheritance to him.
Rigor beseeches Carlos to help out his real grandma: following a series of squabbles and confrontations, Lydia is finally operated on and stabilized. After fishing for information to use against his sworn enemy, Carlos informs Rigor about his sinister plan against Gabriel.
Gabriel manages to get a job as a sales agent to make ends meet and he gets help from his loved ones to pay for Lydia’s hospital bills. Nevertheless, he receives good fortune on account of the kindness he had shown a fellow triathlete during a triathlon some time ago.
Maila makes up her mind to file a case against Rigor and as fate will have it, a witness comes forward to testify. The stolen/missing cellphone of Victoria comes into the possession of Carlos. When the police resume asking questions again, Roman cooks up a scheme to cover his tracks.
Following another encounter between Gabriel and Rigor, Bianca gets a pretty good scare as she’s hounded by a hooded man armed with a metal pipe. Suspecting that Rigor is the cowardly maniac, Maila warns Gabriel to steer clear of her daughter.
Another altercation ensues between Gabriel and Rigor on account of the recent incident. Meanwhile, Carlos carries out his sinister plan to frame Gabriel for Victoria’s mürdër. Maila’s case comes to a standstill when the witness suddenly disappears and Gabriel suspects his father of foul play.
Carlos connives with Rigor to plant evidence against Gabriel. As Maila confronts Rigor for bribing her witness, Gabriel begins to suspect Carlos’ involvement in his “mother’s” death.Carlos shows up at his workplace to create a scene.
In an interesting turn of events, Gabriel is compelled to take a DNA test when his possessions are found at the hotel where Victoria had been mürdëred. Roman fires his property manager and desperately strives to get rid of the car that could incriminate him.
Isabel finally returns to TigerShark. Following a false testimony and the evidence planting, Gabriel gets arrested and locked up in prison.
After being released on bail, he confronts his father about the so-called evidence that had been found at the hotel, suspecting that he’s working with Carlos to ruin him. Gabriel refuses to back down all the same.
