Yvonne Fights Janine To The Death. Janine Suffers The Wrath of Her Aunt. Marlon Finally Returns Home With A Bang.
The episode begins with Yvonne walking out of the suite and crying her heart out as she recalls the devastating words of Janine and Victor.
A moment later, she receives a phone call from Albert and in spite of her attempts to drive him away, he manages to locate her and give her a ride. Janine whines nonstop about how she would be ready to face Yvonne the next time she confronts her and Victor indulges her.
In the meantime, Yvonne pours out her heart to Albert about how she had still ended up the loser in spite of giving her all to ensure that she had a happy and complete family. She laments some more and breaks down and Albert gives her comfort.
Victor seeks counsel from Attorney Dizon and he’s warned that his wife has a strong case against him and he could face up to six years in prison if he loses. For Janine, she would suffer the punishment of banishment, driven away from the accused for a given amount of time.
The lawyer suggests that they settle the issue out of court and convince the ex-wife to drop the charges. In no time, Victor shows up at the house to literally beg Yvonne to drop the charges and settle the case peacefully.
Yvonne lashes out at him and vows to never drop the charges before kicking him out. Victor shamelessly returns to his mistress to tell her of his misëräble attempt at damage control.
Miss Vida shows up just then and demands for Victor to run back to his wife and leave her niece alone. When he refuses to leave, Vida ridicules their immoral relationship and cautions Janine of the repercussions of her stubbornness.
Yvonne seeks Albert’s help to apply for a job in his company and he gladly agrees. Without wasting time, Vida shocks Janine by showing up with someone she plans to sell the land to – the flower farm would now be used as a resort.
Janine refuses to leave Victor and offers to buy the land at the price of eight hundred grand. Vida agrees and states that the deal would be off if she’s not able to pay the money in two weeks.
Victor shows his misëräble face at the house to ask for his mother’s help to convince Yvonne to change her mind. Sonia reprimands him and she’s appalled that her son would actually risk going to jail for his mistress.
Victor laments over his situation and pleads with his mother desperately to help him out. Later, Sonia pays Yvonne a visit at home to talk about her situation and the case against her husband.
Surprisingly, she reaffirms her support for her, though in a quite emotional and dramatic manner. Yvonne is amazed that Sonia isn’t mad at her for what she plans to do with her son.
Sonia relates with her and urges her to bring Victor to justice no matter how painful it would be for her.Yvonne resolves to drop the charges against her misëräble husband for the sake of their son.
However, she vows not to give Victor the annulment if he ever pushes through with his plan. Janine is pretty worked up with how to come up with the money to buy the land. Victor shows up to announce how Yvonne had dropped the charges against them.
Janine gloats and manages to get herself an investor/partner for Love Blooms. Following the court hearing, Yvonne confronts Victor for slandering her. Janine picks a fight with her and she literally pounces on her.
Victor shoves his wife away to protect his mistress and another altercation ensues between both women.Doris is amazed with her brother’s shameless antics to justify the annulment and she offers Yvonne assistance to win the case.
Not wanting to lose the flower farm, Janine considers selling her house and applying for a bank loan so she can preserve her business. As fate will have it, Yvonne is shocked with the sudden return of her brother Marlon.
She laments over how he had left them suddenly and Marlon recounts his ordeal in Dubai and promises to make it up to her and their parents. He objects to the idea of going home to their parents without any money and requests to stay at the house.
When he starts asking questions about Victor, Yvonne evades him. Marlon later gets Mimi to tell him about what’s going on between Yvonne and Victor. He’s cautioned not to cause any trouble.
However, he pesters Mimi for more details, berates Victor and demands for his whereabouts and that of his mistress. Said mistress happens to be at a restaurant awaiting the arrival of her newfound investor to close their deal.
In an interesting and quite ridiculous turn of events, Marlon shows up at the flower farm with a bat in hand and asks Carla about Victor. He’s told of his whereabouts and asked to go and come back another time.
However, he refuses to leave and demands to see Janine: he would make her pay for hurting his sister. As Carla tries to snub him, Marlon snaps and begins thrashing the place with the bat, destroying all the flowers and vases in sight much to Carla’s horror.
