Victor Strives To Cut Ties With His Wife To Be With Janine. Yvonne Takes It Upon Herself To Fight For Her Family & Make The Lives Of Victor & His Mistress Miserable.
Yvonne walks out of the house disconcertingly to go and brood by herself outside. Sonia comes over to apologize to her on her miserable son’s behalf. She then urges her to be strong and protect Marcus from all the problems and pain caused by his sorry excuse of a father.
Later, Marcus pesters his mother about questions of his father and she evades them. When the little boy wishes for his father’s return home, Yvonne assures him that it would come to pass.
Meanwhile, Victor strives to convince Janine to go out of town with him and Audrey so they can enjoy life and build good memories. A moment later, Carla talks to Janine on phone about the resort she’s staying with Audrey and Victor.
Someone happens to overhear. Mimi blows a fuse upon learning of how Victor had lamely brought his miserable mistress to Marcus’ birthday celebration.Yvonne beats herself up over her hopeless situation with her husband and her inability to untangle him from his mistress.
Shakira shows up to announce Victor’s stay at a resort with his mistress. He and Mimi urge her to come along to the place and make a show to beat Janine at her own game. Yvonne worries about how she can’t compete with the beauty and elegance of the mistress and her friends manage to talk her into making her move.
In no time, the trio go to the resort with Albert but don’t have any luck finding Victor and his mistress there. Albert confronts Yvonne about her intention to use him to make her husband jealous and she denies it and states that Marcus needs his father so she would do whatever it takes to get him back: even if it means seducing her own husband.
Eventually, Victor shows up with his mistress and make-believe daughter and begin having fun together in the swimming pool.Yvonne observes and flaunts her body and in no time, she engages Janine in a war of words.
As Janine later pesters Victor with questions about whether he still has feelings for his wife, she receives a phone call from her aunt. A moment later, Janine argues with Vida over her relationship with Victor, refusing to leave him.
Vida makes a futile attempt to talk some sense into her so she threatens to take back her land if she doesn’t listen to her. At home, Yvonne receives the annulment papers from Victor and later has an encounter with him.
The scoundrel urges her to just sign the papers already so he can finally be free of her. Yvonne whines about how she still løvës him. Janine reflects on some memories of her struggles in school and how she had come to be with Dale after he had stood up for her. And then the aftermath of Dale’s abandonment and her trying pregnancy.
Later, Yvonne confronts Janine at a restaurant and begins lashing out at her, warning her to back off from her husband before she makes her life misëräble. Janine dares her to do her worst and Yvonne vows to fight the annulment.
Mimi and Shakira talk Yvonne into coming up with a scheme to deal with her husband and his mistress. Upon her return to the flower farm, Janine is unsettled to receive an order from a customer who wants flowers to celebrate an annulment.
It turns out to be Yvonne who also manages to make an appointment with Victor at the very same place she’s to receive her order. A little while after Janine checks into the suite, Yvonne shows up all dressed up to confront her again.
Threats and insults are exchanged, and so are slaps. To spite her rival, Yvonne produces a document, declaring that she’s suing her and her løver for concubinage. Victor arrives on the scene just then and he makes a pathetic attempt to talk Yvonne into setting him free for good.
Yvonne makes a scene for the books and Janine gets in her face and that leads to a catfight. Victor breaks up the fight and earns three slaps from his dear wife as a reward. Yvonne then taunts his husband and mistress, telling them to enjoy themselves because starting from tomorrow, they would be crying.
