Captain Bart and Councilor Gina plot to ensure the success of the former’s campaign. Gina considers vote buying but worries about how to get more funds. Meanwhile, Grandma Flora plans to file her certificate of candidacy first thing tomorrow morning, quite confident that she would win the election with the support of her family and loved ones. Wally comes over with the beautiful “Flora’s Garden” sign that had been made for the eatery, exciting everyone.
General Oligario and Borja counsel each other to be vigilant with Hipolito still on the loose. The working staff at the Palace discuss about the recent crimes in the country, with Doray declaring that Cardo and his task force will bring the criminals to justice eventually. Psyçhø Dante remains determined to eliminate every single cop in the country, especially our favorite hero.
Diana and Bubbles bring Cardo and Alyana some food from Grandma Flora. When asked of how his first mission had gone, Cardo laments over how their fellow policemen have been abusing and harming their countrymen instead of protecting them. He notes that they would be up against very powerful people and Diana reminds him that he and his team have the president’s full support to uphold the law no matter what.
Lily plans to make her move before Hipolito recovers and exacts his revenge on her. She plots to use his former friend Lazaro against him. Ironic enough, Lazaro also plans to use Lily for his own selfish ambitions. Hipolito asks Jomar for help in getting some güñs with the promise of rewarding him handsomely with money. Jerome arrives at the new Dalisay residence with the rest of the guys to see the couple.
Cardo offers to get them something and they request for some drinks and snacks. At the Palace, Caloy and his fellow coworkers talk to President Hidalgo about the rise in crime rate in the country. They express their confidence in the president, stating that they believe he can find a way to solve the problems. Oscar thanks them for giving him strength with their never-ending hope.
The members of Task Force Agila deliberate on their mission and the corrupt officers. Ramil points out that the superiors of the rotten cops might have them released and Cardo declares that if they catch them in the act again, they’re not going to hold back. President Hidalgo observes as Ana and Aye sleep and hopes that the country becomes a safe place for children like them.
Madeleine and her parents express their appreciation to the PNP for all their help. Meanwhile, Jerome reaches out to Bubbles to ask her about what has been bothering her. Painstakingly, Bubbles reveals to him the truth about her situation and Jerome is left spellbound. Without waiting for a response, she slips away and Diana and Alyana go after her to check up on her.
Bubbles worries that Jerome would start avoiding her from now on but Alyana and Diana strive to convince her otherwise. Jerome returns to the guys and reveals to them about the difficult situation Bubbles is going through and everyone is shocked and exasperated. He’s determined to help her through it. Major Romero watches a news report of the mission of Task Force Agila, impressed and hopeful that Cardo and his team can handle whatever comes their way.
President Hidalgo has a talk with General Oligario about the rogue police officers that had been captured, hoping that the people would recognize all their efforts to make the country a safe place again. In the meantime, Major Basco deploys his men to survey the area where Hipolito had been last sighted at, suspecting that he’s still hiding out somewhere nearby.
Hipolito broods by himself on his situation and makes a solemn vow to get back on his feet, refusing to go down without a fight. Basco and his men proceed to ask around about Hipolito and they’re unable to see him as he passes nearby. Basco comes across Jomar and questions him about Hipolito.
The guy gets jittery, denies and swears that he’s never seen him before. He then excuses himself and slips away.Major Basco tails Jomar to his makeshift house and spies on him for a while. A moment later, he regroups with his men who hadn’t found any solid lead on Hipolito. Basco makes known his suspicion of Jomar, stating that he might know where Hipolito is. Speaking of, the Vulture boards a taxi to a street at the port area.
Task Force Agila is presented to the media at a press conference in Camp Crame: the group is praised for their successful mission and General Dela Cruz declares that the task force will stop at nothing to restore completely the reputation of the entire police force. Later, Mrs. Lee and her husband thank Cardo for rescuing their daughter, urging him to keep up the good work.
Madeleine also expresses her appreciation. Meanwhile, the taxi comes to a stop near the port and Hipolito slips away without paying the driver since he doesn’t have a dime on him. Psyçhø Dante displays his madness and thirst to k!ll Cardo upon seeing the news report on the escapade of his task force. Grandma Flora checks up on Bubbles and counsels her on her situation.
She urges her to stop assuming the worst about Jerome because he’s a good man, adding that there might be an important reason for the existence of the child she’s carrying. On that note, she has to put the baby’s welfare above what Jerome might think about her. Elizabeth brings Diana some coffee in her office and apologizes for her suspicions of Lily.
Diana relates with her. Lily and Lazaro set off to meet at their rendezvous place. On phone, when Lily asks what Lazaro wants, he states that she’s going to need him to get rid of Hipolito. Speaking of, Renato walks around the port area. Back at the Palace, General Oligario does a search of Lily on the internet, wondering what she could be hiding.
