Gina & Bart’s Wicked Plan Against Flora’s Family Backfires. Lily Strives To Cover Her Tracks. Hipolito Is Betrayed By Lazaro & His Men. President Hidalgo Gives Cardo & Vendetta Their First Mission.
Councilor Gina briefs her minions on the crimes of Psyçhø Dante and rambles some nonsense about how the crook actually lives in Grandma Flora’s house. Gina makes a pathetic effort to make a couple of the locals believe the absurdity of her preposterous claims.
Meanwhile, Flora and her family are excited with finalizing the setting up and decoration of the eatery, hopeful that Cardo would be thrilled once he sees what they’ve done with the place. Speaking of, Cardo comes to see Major Romero in her office and she reiterates to him the directives the president had given to combat corruption in the police force.
Two-faced Lily the treacherous snake goes to the Palace with some gift bags for the kids and silently gloats over the power she has. She proceeds to put on a show of care and concern for the kids as she gives them the gifts and President Hidalgo can’t help but to smile like an idïøt when he comes upon the scene.
Lazaro worries that Hipolito might betray him too so he charges Cedric to find out what his next plan is. And so it seems Hipolito looks forward to getting back at Lily but first, he would focus on building and strengthening his own private army. Back at the Palace, Oscar has a heartfelt conversation with Lily who makes know her “genuine” education plans for the kids.
The treacherous snake then makes a subtle pass at the president as she assures him of her utmost support. Elizabeth observes nearby with a scowling frown on her face. General Borja and Oligario deliberate on the manhunt for Hipolito and they decide to have all the CCTV footages during Cabrera’s administration to be reviewed in hopes of identifying some persons of interests.
Flora invites the neighbors to join them in the celebration of the successful reopening of their food business. She entertains them together with Alyana and the rest of the family and serves them some free snacks. Miss Emma the landlady observes silently from the outside. Lily calls the restaurant owner on phone and charges her to make sure that she isn’t implicated in the investigation on the abdüçtion and mürdër of Mr. Mohra.
Diana chances upon her a moment before she hangs up and doesn’t seem to have heard anything suspicious. While Psyçhø Dante heads out with his gang, President Hidalgo laments over the recent rise in crime rate and Diana and Delfin urge him to let the task force officially begin their mission. Oscar then asks for the group to come to the Palace so he can talk to them personally.
In the meantime, Cardo returns home after work to his dear wife to find the house all set up to his admiration. They proceed to have dinner together and our favorite hero notes how their superior officer Major Romero doesn’t seem to like him. Alyana jokingly cautions him to stay away from temptation and he declares that she’s the only woman he’s ever going to løvë.
Hipolito rewards his men handsomely, Cedric inclusive, for their successful operation, much to Lazaro’s dismay.While Lily meets up with the restaurant owner to pay her up for covering her tracks, Cedric assures Lazaro of his loyalty and plots with him to find out whether Hipolito has been giving him his fair share of the booty.
Cardo lies in bed with his wife, talking about their new life as well as the mission of the task force: now that the group has the president’s support, they would work hard to restore the reputation of the police force and bring the corrupt officers to justice. Cedric sneaks into Hipolito’s room and easily steals and makes away with his stash of money. He then returns to his boss who gets exasperated to confirm that the Vulture has been giving him change and keeping the large portion of the spoils.
On this note, Lazaro decides to keep all the money for himself. He then orders Cedric to gather all their trusted men and Renato’s as well. The next morning, George, Greco and a couple of the other guys make deliberate efforts to familiarize themselves with some female neighbors of theirs at home.
Cardo is delighted and amazed to see the newly opened eatery of Grandma Flora. Together with Alyana, he joins his comrades and the rest of the family for breakfast. After eating, the group set out on their trip to the Palace to see the president. Flora and her family excitedly look forward to the opening of the eatery and getting their permit. Yolly and Wally worry that Captain Bart might give them a hard time because of their differences.
In the meantime, Miss Emma returns the captain’s bribe and refuses to kick Flora’s family out of their houses. Councilor Gina makes a couple of preposterous attempts to convince her and as fate will have it, Flora walks in on the scene with Elmo and co. When she asks what’s going on, the landlady reveals how Gina and Bart have been trying to bribe and force her to kick them out.
Flora lectures the rotten officials for their evil ways and to save face, the captain reluctantly agrees to give them the business permit to save face, much to Gina’s dismay. Hipolito wakes up to discover all his money gone and he angrily goes to confront Lazaro. The Crow says the Vulture stole from him and the Vulture argues that he did all the thinking and legwork of the operations so it’s only fitting that he gets a much bigger cut.
He demands for the return of his money and as he cocks his güñ, tension escalates when Lazaro swings up to his feet to face him. Hipolito is shocked to see that all the goons, including his own men and Cedric, have trained their güñs on him. Lazaro takes great pleasure in gloating before having the guys escort Hipolito out of the mansion so he could finish him off.
At the Palace, President Hidalgo meets up with the anti-crime special task force to give them their new mission as Task Force Agila: to eliminate corruption in the police force. Meanwhile, the armed men compel Hipolito out of the mansion and he notices through the rearview mirror of a car that Lazaro who stands a couple of feet away, has aimed a güñ at him, ready for the k!ll.
