Victor Reignites His Affair With Janine. Audrey & Marcus End Up In The Same Hospital. Yvonne Is Devastated With Her Husband’s Infidelity & Betrayal.
Janine becomes distressed with her situation with Victor and struggles to find a way to deal with it. Yvonne manages to find a way to get the required amount of money for her mother’s surgery: she has a misunderstanding and falling-out with her husband on that account.
Victor makes deliberate attempts to ignore Janine’s calls and texts and soon reconciles with his wife. While Janine strives to deal with her daughter’s questions and longing for her supposed father, Victor reaches out to his mother and seeks her counsel on his disloyalty.
Carla tries over and over again to talk some sense into Janine and make her see reason. Following a quite ridiculous date night, Victor decides to reignite and resume his affair with Janine. He continues to bond with her and his make-believe daughter while disregarding his own family.
Carmen is discharged home and begins her journey of recovery after her successful operation.Victor continues his façade with Janine and Audrey. Yvonne’s attempt to chase some thieves goes horribly wrong and she ends up in an accident and encounters a new character in a town called Albert Medrano.
Following another night out with Janine, Yvonne begins to suspect that her husband has another woman and when she confronts him, he comes up with a dubious cover-up story to cover his ass. Yvonne is compelled to meet up with the owner of the car she had damaged to settle the matter.
Victor gets stuck with his son at home and fails to make it to the school to pick up Audrey. Marcus receives the utmost support of his family and loved ones for his school’s painting contest.
In an interesting turn of events, Audrey is taken ill and suffers a convulsion while Marcus suffers an accident after his presentation on stage. Both kids are rushed to the same hospital where Yvonne is taken by surprise to see her husband with Janine.
When confronted, Victor comes up with yet another one of his lies to cover his tracks. Left with no other choice, he’s compelled to attend to his own family and prioritize them, much to the dismay of Janine. Torn with the desperation lie Victor had spewed to his wife, Janine resolves to break things up with him.
Like a dog going back to its own vomit, Victor’s obsession with her won’t let him call it quits. Yvonne begins to notice her husband’s strange behavior and she’s inclined to believe that he’s hiding something. Victor resumes his make-believe family lifestyle with Audrey and her mother, and when the school principal notices this, she cautions Yvonne.
Without wasting time, Yvonne goes out of her way to confirm her suspicions and she’s left devastated. Albert begins to show interest in her and he makes it a habit to help her out in any way he can.Yvonne confronts her husband about his second family and unleashes her anger and frustration on him. Victor lamely apologizes and offers to make it up to her.
When things don’t go as expected, he cowardly decides to abandon his family to be with his make-believe one, much to Carla’s displeasure, leaving Marcus wondering and confused and Yvonne inconsolable. Albert comes through for Yvonne yet again. As Victor is torn between both of his families, Yvonne is encouraged to fight the other woman as the legal wife. Victor receives a much needed scolding from his mother for his actions.
Distressed with Marcus’ incessant questions of the whereabouts of his father, Yvonne resolves to fight woman to woman, and mother to mother, to get his father back. Janine receives hostility and criticism for ruining Victor’s family. After a failed and desperate attempt to get Victor to come back to his senses, Yvonne suffers a misfortune and receives solace from Albert.
